These people think because their employees post reviews to make a good name for themselves they can treat people disrespectful after I’ve paid them .They claim to have filed for me a said I’m getting a stimulus and a refund but after I paid them they play the I don’t know game every single time I call I can never get in touch with who I need to .Alyssa refuses to let me talk to them.It’s so childish.One lady didn’t even tell me her name she just pulled my file made a thousand excuses an was throwing immature side comments to satisfy her own ignorance my way seriously act like a adult for God’s sake it’s pathetic.I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog seriously because all your gonna get after you pay them is added information they didn’t tell you an a bunch of I don’t know’s.Nope not retaliating just don’t have time for unprofessional behavior an people who like to discontinue contracts after receiving payments this company will say anything to cover their behinds I assure you.DON’T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP!YOU’LL PAY FOR NOTHING LIKE I SAID THE OWNER WROTE THE REPLY Because she had nothing else against me to find a reason to stop providing services they stopped providing because I finished paying

I cannot express how thankful I am for the help I received from Total Tax, Inc.

When I first contacted Total Tax, I felt like I was in a black hole and would never be able to get out. My Case Manager, Rachael, and her team were knowledgable and on task from the beginning. Rachael and her team was amazing: always very calming, honest and thorough, continually reassuring me that they (Total Tax) would be able to help me resolve my tax problems.

Throughout this process, their ongoing Customer Service as well as their knowledge was stellar. Rachael was there to answer my questions and explain what I did not understand, in a manner that was gracious and never demeaning. Not only did she help me get all the paperwork that the IRS needed, but she continually reassured me that they were always there to assist me.

Rachael gave me a sense of peace through the entire time. She and the entire team treated me with respect and brought relief to me each and every time that we talked and/or emailed.

With their individualized help, immense knowledge and excellent customer service, my tax problems were brought to a very satisfactory resolution with the IRS.

I highly recommend Rachael and the Total Tax team to anyone who needs help with tax problems. I can never say enough good about the Total Tax team who really gave me my life back, and helped pull me out of the black hole!

Since day 1 Total Tax was very prompt in getting info to me to get the ball rolling. They explained in detail the process and what they are doing. its a group of them and everyone has a task so that its not all on 1 person which is great! Total Tax is a professional organization staffed by people who are courteous and competent.

these people are awesome and very knowledgeable! they work fast and almost immediately respond to any questions or problems. they call and let you know whats happening every step of the way and of any changes. They are well worth the money! esp. if you havent filed in a few years and dont know too much about taxes. I would most definitely recommend Total Tax before anyone else! Dont waste your money anywhere else!

I do not even know where to begin, but I had a mess of ginormous proportion. Becky, Debi, Rachel, Lorraine and Starlyn all have been amazing. My experience with Total Tax from my first inquiry to my last, was very professional, personable, straightforward, honest and smooth flowing. I resisted adulting about my taxes as my situation is a bit different and complex- I had not filed since 2013 and was looking at an Intent to Lien coming imminently from the IRS. I found Total Tax through Google, and I read all 194 reviews before my shaking hand dialed Tamar’s number.
Tamar reached out right away- she couldn’t have been more gentle and understanding, and I immediately felt better after talking with her. It was only a matter of weeks before I received my completed returns and not only did I not owe, I will be receiving refunds for every year!! Total Tax saved me from snatching myself bald headed, and Angie, Lorraine, Andrea, and Kim were absolutely stellar as well. Being a single one of three kids the last thing you want to see in the mail is a letter from the IRS saying that you owe them over $11,000 but when I first got the letter I was pretty nervous scared and didn't know what to do but then when I search total tax I actually got a piece of Mind especially when I spoke with Tamar and Starlynn they actually guided me through the whole process and got me to fill out the paperwork and take care of it within a timely fashion I can completely refer them to everybody else who has a tax issue because they really get down to the fine details and making sure that everything will be okay in the end.
