We had a fantastic leadership training session led by Vic Taylor on how to be an effective leader in Lean Operations Management. From the start, Vic was incredibly proactive in the preparation process—she made sure everything was in place well ahead of time, which made setting up the presentation smooth and stress-free.

After graduating from Uni my daughter enrolled on the Mavericks Program which is run by Vic and Touchpoint. Victoria, the managing director of Touchpoints Marketing has been a guest speaker on one of the digital marketing modules at Staffordshire University. Victoria shared in-depth and valuable insights on the development of marketing strategy which was highly perceived by the students. At the end of the session, students were inspired by her story and her approach to marketing strategy. Victoria of Touchpoints Marketing gave a two hour masterclass and workshop on areas around putting together a Marketing plan for my masters group of digital marketing students.
Focussing on practical use of relevant models, the students worked through scenarios to help with their writing of a marketing plan as their summative assessment on this module.
The discussion was extremely helpful to the group as a whole and to individual groups as they applied Victoria's points to their own plans.
I was thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail, knowledge and application - as indeed were my students who have all commented they would want more of this type of teaching / experience on the course.

I will certainly be inviting Victoria back for future groups and indeed have recommended her to institutions where I am an External Advisor.

They did a deep dive into my why, my existing clients and my future target audience. This process alone was amazing. I only really knew who I should be targeting once I completed this with Vicky. This was one of the biggest benefits of working with Touchpoints. If you don’t know exactly who your target audience is, I would strongly advise you do this with Vicky first.

After this we made a start, from redesigning the brand, the logo, the website and finally the marketing. Kate is great on the marketing side and really thinks outside the box on how to bring in new clients.
