Excellent service, accurate and punctual. Roberto is a very prepared person and during the transfers he has gladdened us with interesting stories about the history of the city. He also gave us valuable suggestions to organize our stay. Highly recommended for transfers and excursions both on Naples and nearby destinations including the coast.

Roberto’s expert hospitality, kindness, knowledge of all things Italy, attention to detail, and attentiveness is second to none! He arranged everything for us - transfers to and from airports, train stations, and Airbnbs, an unforgettable trip to Siena and San Gimignano with a beautiful lunch and wine tasting, and another trip to Pompeii followed by the most delicious lunch in Naples. Our first trip to Italy as a family wouldn’t have been as memorable without Roberto. I feel like we have made a friend for life! We are already planning for our next trip, and you can guarantee that Roberto will be leading the way on our next big Italian adventure.

We enjoyed our vacation so much and this is in large part due to Roberto. He was so helpful in planning our tours and making our vacation a memorable one. Our children enjoyed everything about our tours. Roberto made sure that the adults and children enjoyed themselves and paid attention to little details. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the memories it created.

We had an amazing time on our day trip with Roberto! He was extremely nice, gracious, and accommodating, which was so helpful for us traveling with young children. The tour and its stops were fun and seamless, all thanks to Roberto. We even made a few impromptu stops. Roberto was absolutely wonderful, and very attentive/responsive while planning the tour too. We highly recommend Touring Italy!

We just returned back from spending 2 weeks in Sorrento and Florence and with the help of Roberto at Touring Italy it was the single best vacation we have ever taken. Roberto picked us at the Naples airport with a huge smile and a sign which was so welcoming after a long flight from the US (I must add this was our second time using him we did use him back in 2019) and he whisked us away to his van where there was 2 wonderfully waters waiting for us (that doesn't sound like much but after a long flight it was so welcome) He took us to our hotel in Sorrento and gave us a great commentary and conversation along the way. The next day he picked us up bright and early at our hotel and took us on the single best tour of the Almafi coast tour up to Ravello over to Manori to the best Pasticceria Sal De Riso-oh my! Then slowly made our way back. He knew all the best places for pictures and where to get the best views! Then the next day he picked us up again and took us to Naples. I never would have gone myself but he took us everywhere and showed us everything and we had the best pizza. Since the next day was going to rain and there was a good chance the ferry would not be running Roberto invited us to join him on the semi-private tour he had the next day to Paestum with lunch. It worked out to be the perfect day as there was no rain and we had a wonderful lunch with a great couple from the east coast. Then Roberto picked us up the next day and kindly brought us to our new hotel while he waited for his clients (he is always early just in case of traffic!) and then a few days later and brought us to the Naples train station for our train to Florence. And probably the best day of all-Roberto came to Florence and took us to the Florence American Cemetery and made it happen so we could arrive a few moments early speak with the caretaker, get a certificate and some information, and we were brought to my grandfather's resting place and we were able to spend some quiet time in an amazing place before it was open! Thank you, Roberto, for making that extra special moment happen. Then off for a special treat to Modena and some balsamic vinegar tasting and lunch. And the things you don't think of like getting from the hotel to the airport. Roberto does he made the last-minute arrangement for me thankfully! as there was apparently a strike that day so we could have had a problem! Roberto thank you! You went above and beyond and made our trip extra special you thought of the things I didn't and you made suggestions that were amazing. We could have done it but not nearly as well or learned as much or had near as much fun. We are going to miss you! See you in 2 years! Thank you!

High quality, professional service! Highly recommend Roberto and his team for helping you get around the Amalfi Coast (definitely don't recommend driving yourself on these windy roads!), and his positive attitude and in-depth knowledge of the region will be sure to make your trip simple and enjoyable!

My husband and I looked forward to this tour as the potential highlight of our ten days in Europe. It most certainly lived up to and exceeded our highest expectations! We had a good feeling about Touring Italy from start, as Roberto was so quick to respond to our e-mails with great detail. When the day finally arrived, Roberto met us as we existed our cruise ship with a big smile and an umbrella (since it was drizzling). We found Roberto to be warm, engaging and very informative throughout our entire tour. His English was impeccable as he narrated our tour and answered any questions we had throughout the day. He introduced us to some local gems where we enjoyed samples of Limoncello and introduced us to a fabulous restaurant with a glorious view of the Sorrento coast where my husband and I had lunch! We always felt safe with his careful driving as he took us to our requested destinations in his comfortable, well-kept, brand new vehicle. And leave your selfie stick at home! Roberto knew just where to pull over to stop at many scenic photo locations and take on his secondary roll as cell phone photographer. Our group recently used Roberto's company twice on our "Friends & Family" vacation. Several of us travelled from Rome to Sorrento (pre-cruise) and used his company to get us from the Naples train station to Sorrentol The driver was right on time in the exact location he said he would be and picked us up promptly at the end of the day to return us to the train station. The last stop on our nine-night cruise was Naples and our entire group spent the day touring the Amalfi Coast. Roberto helped us put together an itinerary that exactly fit what we wanted to see. Both drivers were courteous and knowledgeable. Roberto was always quick to respond to my e-mail requests.
I will happily contact Roberto the next time I visit Italy.

I'd never been to the Amalfi Coast and was also short on time. From the moment I contacted Roberto and told him what I was trying to do, he made sure everything would be problem-free. His driver was punctual, super friendly & kind. Enzo made sure he stopped at nice places with great views so everyone could take photos. He also gave us a brief history of all the little towns we visited.

The only bad thing was that time flew by. If you can, take a 2-day tour of the coast as there's so much to see and enjoy.

And definitely go with Touring Italy. They just made it such a memorable trip.

The drive while looking at the superb view points, such as Pompeii, Positano and Amalfi, was wonderful.
