Booked a dinner, drinks and dance evening via this organisation. They said hotel pick up on the booking confirmation but nobody came. When we queried this, we had a response the next day saying we had to make our own way to the venue and they re-booked us. But. When we got there we were told no dinner and if we wanted to eat then we had to pay more. We showed them our booking confirmation, clearly showing dinner was included but they were rude and not interested.
When we queried this with Tour point, the person at the other end of the WhatsApp chat just basically mocked us and was of absolutely no help at all.

Just a shambolic company all round, avoid at all costs!

There’s a travel agency in Turkey called Payless Tourism Turkiye. They offer tours on all major booking platforms, including the website GetYourGuide. That’s where I booked a tour in Alanya — the “Sapadere Canyon 3-in-1” trip.

I never got to go on the tour because no one came to pick me up from the hotel for the transfer. When I called the number provided on the voucher, the person who answered was very rude. They told me they were “too busy with work,” didn’t even apologize, and just hung up on me!

When I called again and demanded a refund, their manager started being aggressive and disrespectful, saying they hadn’t received the money from GetYourGuide yet, and that I should contact them directly for a refund. But even GetYourGuide support hasn’t responded to my messages.

During the conversation with the Payless Tourism manager, he even started insulting me and making threats. He told me I wasn’t in my own country, that this is their country, and if I didn’t want problems, I should shut my mouth and never call again.

So please, be careful. Don’t book anything with this company — they’re more like a mafia than a legit tour operator. And I can’t recommend using GetYourGuide either, since they don’t take responsibility for the companies they promote on their site.
