Extremely sketchy. They mailed out an incorrect set of front replacement motors/gearboxes. I sent an email with picture documentation about the error and was told that the parts i ordered are "obsolete and no longer available." I literally just replaced the rear motors bought from them a month prior on the same toy. The parts they mailed me are even different than the pictured parts listed on their website. They initially said on a different email that they would accept a return due to the error only for them to go back on that written email on several occasions and deny a return.

Then i received another email asking me to retrofit a bigger axle on my son's 6 year old toy so that their initial parts could properly fit. This means me spending an additional $100 on a thicker axle plus my time to install to accommodate their fitment issue. I denied this request and then was told that they "found a correct fitment set of motors in their shop which they would mail me free of charge." This miraculous pair also did not fit due to the motors both having female connections. I was then personally given a phone call by them asking me to do them a favor and take the time to switch motors on the two sets in order for the parts to work and fit properly so that i did not need to return the two sets. I did this and the parts still did not work.

At this point, I asked for a return on the parts and they had the nerve to ask me to cover the return shipping cost which i denied. They then denied my return.

I filed a claim on my end and bought the correct parts off Amazon for literally more than 50% less than what they were charging me. For a set of two front, correct fit motors on Amazon i paid $33.99 before tax. They charge $78.00 before tax. Wow.

This is after doing business with them since 2021 on several transactions as they were the authorized parts seller given by the place i bought the toy from. Be warned, morals lacking and zero regard for you time.

I never write reviews but i am doing so to hopefully prevent someone else from the frustration and wasted time i have endured over the course of two months.

Clearly, a scam website as the only other review which is one star as well has confirmed. Google directed me to their website and a specific listing for the go kart that I own, so I purchased the product from Z listing. The Replacement bar came and did not fit so I reached out to customer service and they tried to tell me that it’s for another go kart and of course they don’t have parts for my go kart. Just as the other reviewer has said they were unable to work on any sort of refund or return even though it was very clearly their error. Highly recommend do not purchase any product from this company just as the only other review has confirmed with their fellow one star review.

I purchased toy lamborghini seats for my grandson's Lamborghini Veneno. The specs were all correct but when I got the seats they did not fit. I measured and ordered the exact seats. I reached out to the vendor and they responded saying that they do not accept refunds for parts. How is it my fault that their seats did not fit the Lamborghini veneno (licensed toy car). I then told them I purchased this with my Amex Platinum, so I would just file a dispute and they threatned to respond to Amex saying I was committing fraud. Ultimately I responded saying I don't ever do any fraud and to keep my $65, as they probably need it more than I do. BEWARE, this people will not even accept if their parts don't fit and will not give you your money back. I will never buy from these scammers ever again. I hope others see this review before purchasing anything from this place. All they sell is parts. So clearly once you bought it, don't expect a return authorization,. They will keep your money.
