Avoid at all costs. I had to raise a dispute with my bank as my order had not shipped after a month, the refund that I was then promised was not put through by the company

I contacted toycentral to ensure the product i was buying was the correct one.
They emailed yes.
I ordered it, it was the wrong product and I can not return. They use evri for delivery, but not returns, and have not supplied me with an alternative return method

The company kept in touch with me the whole time, and answered any questions I had promptly. My item even arrived early, I am very happy with the service. I read the reviews and was unsure but so glad that I used them. Thanks

It's a good one. But the gaussian curve is more flattened bell curve and tail is long. Stil works for demonstrating the consistent randomness for kids

Great customer service response until item ordered then went downhill. A week after ordering and no information re dispatch I contacted company. Informed that item was out of stock and wanted to give me a voucher. Which I declined and requested full refund which was promised. When no refund received I contacted my credit card provider and made a claim. Further contact received from Toyscentral and told a voucher would be given, again demanded full refund. Eventually received full refund to my credit card. Will never use again.

Ordered a heavy duty saucer swing which cost £486.I thought it would be shipped from UK as a UK website, but came from US in one small box so I was wondering about the quality before I even opened the box. There was an invoice attached in US Dollars confirming the cost of the item: $186...... The product was not, in my opinion, as described and certainly looked more like a £100 swing than the £486 I paid. I work for a children's charity and I thought I'd try a new supplier - bad move, but I had no choice to use the item for my project due to the time sensitive nature of my work. Very poor quality item, worth around the £100-£150 mark only. Ripped off! Will NEVER use this company again!

Very handsome car. Just like grandads real chevy 3100. That we have to go everywhere in.
My grandson loves it and drives it every weekend. When he comes to stay. This is the start of a fantastic adventure and life long story.

I was a bit sceptical as l ordered a high price item which came from America. The item arrived in reasonable time in great condition and my grandson loves it. I was pleasantly surprised and would use again. My only criticism was the lack of communication. I tracked the order otherwise I wouldn’t know what was going on.
