Great product. Good communication. My Hot Toys collectable arrived today. I have another on order and feel very happy and secure in the knowledge that Toys on Fire can deliver. I had a bad experience before when I bought direct from a company in Hong Kong. I feel a lot happier purchasing from Toys on Fire as they are based in the UK.

1:6 scale figures is sometimes a risky purchase when paying the high prices, and Toys On Fire delivered.

I initially received the incorrect item (a standard instead of deluxe), I was really annoyed at first, but it happens. Reached out to them and they responded almost instantly. They offered to send me the missing parts which I was more than happy with. Then they said actually we’ll provide a return label for you to send back the opened standard item and we’ll send the deluxe.
It’s an easy enough fix but the understanding and speed in which they resolved the issue, I found was very good of them.
Will be purchasing my figures from them going forward.

I have made a few preorders from them, and every time the figure is shipped promptly and packed with great care, ensuring that even the packaging is in excellent condition. They also reply to queries very quickly. Definitely recommend!

A* service my General Grevious was delivered to an incorrect address by parcel force, Toys on Fire were amazing and couldn’t do enough to put things right. For me, ToysonFire is THE go to guy for all things Hot Toys. This time I picked up with Hot Toys General Grievous Figure, and could not be happier. Clear communication on prices, expected arrival dates and even checks in to make sure everything is all good with the order.
