Hello Jelena,
Thank you for taking the time at 2am in the morning to give us your "Very bad!!!" review.
After multiple failed attempts on various cards and listed as 'Fraud Risk Extremely High' - By the Radar Anti-Fraud System. Unfortunately your email address and account was flagged and is now banned from our store for suspicious activity.
We were left with little choice but to immediately cancel and fully refund your order due to the 'Extremely High' Fraud Risk Warning. Such attempts will be pre-eminently blocked in future.
We're very sorry you feel that makes us "Very bad!!!" - Being a small business, we cannot afford to ignore red flags brought to our attention by the Radar Anti-Fraud Prevention System.

Delighted
I am delighted with the box of piping tubes and the extra items included. This was purchased as a birthday gift for my niece. It is to be a starter kit as she wants to start decorating cupcakes etc. it was a very good buy.

Apologies for any inconvenience. The DPD drivers are often on a tight schedule and won't hang about, sadly out of our control. It sometimes helps if you leave a mobile number with the order so the driver can call if they can't find an address and or get no answer.
