DO NOT USE TPX. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! AFTER CANCELLING THE CONTRACT ND PAYING 3 MONTHS THEY GIVE YOU TO COLLECTION. THE SERVICE DOES NOT WORK !!! RUN THE OTHER WAY DO NOT USE THEM FRAUD!!!!!! EVEN WHEN EQUIPMENT STOPS WORKING WHICH IS CHEAP JUNK THEY DONT CARE

Whole office went offline

Whole office went offline. They claim our machines are monitored but ZERO calls or notifications. Came into dead office. Called and opened tickets and not one reply for days. Then a "sorry we didnt see this sooner" Had to pay for private company to help fix us when we were at our critical outage. Tickets are not resolved or responded to in days. Working on terminating contract now. Totally bogus service. Cost our company so much money during down time. They even marked out outage as a moderate event. Office being down is not moderate that's critical

worst company ive worked with

I had a contract with this company and was never able to use the systems, they were never able to help us to be able to use the systems. I notified them 6 months before the contract ended that i did not want to renew and they insist i needed to use their portal to do so, and continued to charge me. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and with with the secretary of state for false business practices. they have cost my little company 25000 over the last three years for useless services.

Cannot be trusted

When signing up with TPX there was a service they couldn't provide and added it a year later... TPX rep confirmed it would not extend our contract repeatedly by email.
At end of contract they are charging early termination and will not honor the emails when it was confirmed our contract would not be extended by 3 different employees with management titles this went on for over a year. They cannot be trusted

Will not honor contract

I wanted to upgrade my internet speed for my stores and was given a quote that would save me money as well as give me the upgrade....great. NOT great! Oh, it seems that the contract did not include some of your current services (rep error) and my first bill was over double my previous bills. Would I have signed on if the quote was done correctly? Probably not. I would have shopped around. But since I was a current customer and I was going to save money I signed. I have spent over a year trying to get this resolved. All I get is "let's schedule a call" For what? I signed a contract for an agreed upon amount and I expect to be billed for that amount. No one is any help. It all is very deceptive and I would not recommend this company for anything.....ever!

Would give them less than a 1 star if I could. They are the worst and I would recommend you not do business with this company. I spent months begging for training when their system features changed. Could not get anyone to call me back. I told the sales rep I was going to get a new provider because I needed the features they were charging me for but not giving me the provided info to use. He told me he understood as he also tried to get someone to get me some training. Once I discontinued my service they said they were going to charge me an early termination fee. I sent an email complaining and they closed the complaint as there was no termination fee charged. Well guess what, now 6 weeks later they sent me a bill for a 4K early termination fee. No one knows what they are doing at this company.....

Dishonest & Incompetent

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is incompetent and dishonest. They turned off our service without warning, even though we'd been an on-time bill paying customer for numerous years. When contacting them, it took days to get a response. After finally talking to a man (Shane Ryan) who was beyond rude and yelled at me, he refused to turn our service back on saying that we submitted a disconnect request (which we didn't). At this point, we've gone with a different provider which ended up being a blessing in disguise!
