Based on the last person that we spoke to on the phone, she was very helpful. I am still not sure about the whole service. We have had an email from the installers but they have said nothing available in my area and I have to call them to book? Think these reviews are good but they want them too soon.

If you're looking to install a tracking device on your car then steer clear of this company.
I've had so many false alarms. In particular, every time I've taken the car to continental Europe the system goes mad and sends constant alerts that can't be stopped. The technical support has been dreadful too.

Came to my caravan, was very brusk in his manner,
did not like being told where the existing tracker was fitted, just wanted to leave it in place and find a new location on my caravan to suit his ease of fitting new tracker! This would have meant cutting into the wiring loom yet again to find an earth wire.
I had to insist he remove old tracker and place new one in same position.
Whilst he was doing the nessesary operational check and associated paperwork, there was a loud pop inside the caravan, somehow he had managed to turn on the electric hob on my caravan cooker, heating the glass cover plate, which statttered like a car windscreen, glass all over the cooker top!
He did. contact the contractors office who instantly requested that I sorted out the issue and send them the bill as they did not know how to deal with caravan parts and issues regarding repairs.

A great customer experience from transfer of my existing unit through sales advice quality installation on the agreed day.
A few technical issues ensued later within the App but overall the S5 Plus is an excellent product providing me with security and confidence.

Was sold one of these with my car, great I thought - I have a nice car so why not keep it safe ?
Unit completely failed not even halfway through having it, I was expected to pay to replace it - I don't think so. Even when it did "work" it was reporting my car about 3 days behind where it actually was, what an amazing deal for £200 a year!
Now you call me and email me days in a row expecting me to renew, pay for another unit and start this over again ? No thanks.

Easy installation of new device at my home. I had many calls from a couple of months before my contract expired but no messages were left. When finally I booked the install there was a wait of several weeks before all was completed.
