Don't hold your breath: by the time the product arrives from China, all the possessions you wanted to protect will have been stolen and shipped abroad. You'd be better off with an Apple Tag after all. I look forward to seeing if the darn thing actually works if I haven't died of old age waiting. Addendum: they arrived! I was able to connect them and they appear to be working properly. Upgrading this review to 4 stars on the strength of this (would have been 5 if delivery had been a bit quicker).

Made two purchases for trackers, received email confirmation of the purchases and then radio silence. Been waiting over a month for items and refund but in the end asked Amex to get the cash back for me. Absolute scam

Took a month to arrive. Doesn’t work. No reply from customer service when asking why it won’t work. Scam!

After paying for the order on their payment provider's website, TrackGo did not finalise the order and did not send the order confirmation. After my e-mail saying that the amount was debited from my account but the order had not been processed, they replied that they could not find my order and payment. After their payment provider presented evidence that the funds were withdrawn from my account in favour of TrackGo, they stopped responding to my emails. I repeatedly requested a refund, but received no response. They are real scammers! Do not deal with them under any circumstances. They will simply cheat you by withdrawing your money and disappearing!

Unfortunately I bought a scam product from "Swedish" company and shipment came eventually from China and is not connecting. They do not sync to my iPhone that has latest OS. Their "support" is just playing time telling that they wait for their technical departments support but nothing has happened. More than month is now gone and they avoid crediting my purchase.

It is a worthless piece of junk - it works only within your bluetooth range and with android. It couldn't locate my when it was in my pocket less then in an 100 m radius.

Ordered on 03/10/25. . Scores of emails send. Occasional replies. Still not arrived. I'm initiating a refund process through my bank but I don't expect the product or my money back tbh.

Not worthy of 1 star to be honest - SCAM.
Brought items, eventually arrived from China. Wont connect, initially finds the tag but 15 seconds later flags up an error and contact supplier.
Supplier did respond blaming Apple for an ios update, they say they will pass on to the technical department.
I think after a month of chasing this i have really given them a fair change to prove themselves.

Tags have gone in the bin, where they belong.

Spot on works great with iPhone I was impressed

Scammers!!! Their product is a total junk! Chinese rubbish!! It does not work and customer service does not help you nor reply to your emails. Stay away from this website and their products.

I bought this product from the company website...Thought from Sweeden Europe, but at the end of the day it was dispatched from China. 14 days waiting period. Received the parcel non of the tracker working, like dead. It seems like a major scam. Big fraud. Never order anything from this website. My big mistake I didn't check the Trust Pilot earlier. WARNING

Scam stay away I bought 4 of them they came from China in 40 days and none of them could be paired with my IPhone no after sales service at all!!

Bought pack of 3 that arrived from China and none work, started to do some investigations and the company not even registered in Sweden is all Chinese scammers, they did answer emails until parcel arrived after nearly 3 weeks of placing the order , since then asking for refund and address to sedn it back no answer !! BIG SCAMMERS

I wouldn't have even rated 1 star i put one on my bike it doesn't work it give me a massive radius which isnt helpful if my bike got stolen plus most of the time it says it has trouble connecting very bad product, safe to safe I won't be telling people about it and tracker will go in the bin!

Very bad firm and their goods do not work. Dont use your money there. I have returned but they kept the money. Very bad.

Bought a tag on sept 22nd and received it on the 10th Oct. The tag doesn't work.
I have written to the company a number of times without any response. I have asked for help fixing the tag or replacing it and also for a refund. They just take your money and do not respond to your emails. Also, their phone number is not connected as I've tried calling them too.
