They do not have customer service. Ive tried their chat (no response), phone number (no answer), several emails (to different emails), there has been no response from any representative. I ordered two items, only one item was shipped, charged for two items. I will be calling my bank and filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

This was the first time I ever ordered from Tracy's Dog and I'm very impressed. My order came super quick just like I did after I used my toy. I ordered the OG Sucking Vibrator and it is PHENOMENAL!!!!! This has to be the best toy I have EVER owned and I've owned quite a few. Once you get that bad boy positioned correctly, get prepared to convulse. This company makes great products at very reasonable prices, plus they have them on sale a lot of the time. I cannot recommend this place or that toy enough! You won't regret it!

You know, customer service should be included in any good business model. Making sure you stand behind your products bought in stores, OR at least letting the customer know that your support ends if purchased through an affiliate. Your guaranteed replacement seems to only be valid if purchases are made online. I have been emailing back and forth for over a week and no one will replace the defective product. I have recommended 5 people to this toy, and now I have to warn them all.

I originally ordered from these guys through amazon, but when I found out they had a website? I had to buy more. These guys are amazing, and when there was an issue with one product I received, their help team was absolutely wonderful. Kind, discreet, and the toys are knock-your-socks off good without being loud at all!

Best toys by far. Shipping is great timing wise and packaging a perfect lil black box inside a discreet box. Plenty of protection for the precious toys and charger etc.

As for the toys themselves omg.... double sided ones that can be used various ways with a penetrartion option or external. Another that assists your partner in dp with a ring around the uh base and both sides can have simultaneous vibrations 10/10 for sure.

Quick note the power button on all purchased thus far must be held for about 5 seconds it is not broken just has a delay which I think is pretty good so it is much less likely to be accidently be bumped in a bag or what not. When you you hook up the charger be sure the light around the power button is lit up or blinking to indicate you are charging some are plugs some are magnetic chargers both are great.

Shipping was faster than expected, I was confused when it was delivered it did come discretely! Nice surprise. So happy with the product I received, better than expected. I will be ordering again thank you!

The package never arrived, when I attempted to contact them I was given the 'brush-off' to follow up with the shipper and 'let them know'. Not very pro-active customer service, I regret not buying through Amazon.

Really irritated about the lack of customer service. They say it’s 24/7 but I didn’t receive any reply in the chat, or to my emails. I also have tried calling to no avail. The money was paid, but no confirmation or communication has gone forward about the product being sent. I was referred here by a friend who was pleased with the purchase but am irritated by the extreme lack of communion or helpfulness.

these toys are very good, never in my life had I had a feeling like the one I have with these toys, I have used others but none like these, I recommend them 100%, if you are married or single you have to have it in your hand thanks for making so many women happy

After deciding to purchase from the company, I read a few of the reviews on this page and got a little nervous. I didn't know if it would even show up and I was ready to cut my losses. I was also nervous about whether the packaging would be discreet enough if it did show up. However, after several weeks, my package arrived. I expected to wait for the package given the shipping delays and was super happy when it arrived in a discreet package which gave no indication as to what was inside. (Perfect as I live with my family and would rather they didn't know that personal bit of information). Upon opening it, everything was very neatly packaged and included extra little gifts inside as a thank you from them. I have been using the device for a while now and it is absolutely amazing! This was by far the best purchase I have made!!

I ordered the OG Pro2. Decided to give it a try last night on my own while my husband was asleep in the living room just to figure it out and see what all the hype was about. It usually takes a bit to get me to the big OH so I wasn’t expecting it to get the job done since I’ve never been able to get there unless my husband does it. BUT, I was there and done within 20 seconds of setting it. It blew my mind! It was amazing and so intense! The fact that it’s virtually hands free is incredible.
