I wish I would’ve read these reviews on the company’s customer service. There’s no cancel button when placing an order. I ordered on 1/1.. and went back to cancel later that day. No way to cancel. I sent email after email, text after text and continued to get the automated response. So finally, a rep emails me back to say “a label has been created so it’s up to USPS”… HOW?!? When I emailed and texted several times to cancel!?! So I followed up with USPS and guess what? They don’t even have the package. So it’s still in the warehouse of dumbass Tracy!! I just want to cancel. So even if the product is good, the customer service puts it in a bad light. I don’t wanna test it, I’m not referring to any of my friends and definitely will never promote dumbass Tracy or her dog!!

I paid for my order a week ago and it still has not been shipped. I also sent a message to Tracysdog, two times and got not response. The took my payment immediately, but has not shipped my product to me. I am very upset with myself for using this company.

Horrible experience multiple times with this company. They do not honor the 365 day guarantee your money back and or replacement. This company could not even locate my order information and my name😂They double charged me, never got my money back. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They never contacted him so therefore I would say, don’t waste your money on crap products that either will last a week or come defective

I received a fantastic product from Tracy's Dog! Having managed an adult store in the past, I find myself fascinated with all of the new products being released in the "self care" realm. I try to keep up with the ever changing market, and this is a brand I have been wanting to try out for so long!

This vibe came in a sleek black box, discreetly concealed by the Amazon box it was shipped in. I found their shiny logo on top to be quite eye-catching. Inside the box was the toy, a lovely little gold remote (battery included), a charger, a purple silk bag, three stickers (which you better believe I put on my laptop!), a card with their business information, and an instructional booklet for use of the toy.

I've had issues with suctioning products in the past, as they either don't make enough of a seal to suction well or don't put off a powerful enough suction for any enjoyment. This product, however, brings quite a kick to the table. Not only is it powerful, it also offers a variety of modes that allow the user to control what speed or pattern they wish to have without losing the feeling/mood.

Its U-shape design fits quite well, keeping both the suctioning portion and the internal vibe in place better than others I have tried in the past. The internal vibe is a bit hefty, which I actually quite like. The vibration speeds and patterns are incredible! I was absolutely floored over the power this toy has. One of the higher settings and patterns really did, as the Tracy's Dog sticker says, make me see God. 🤭

One of the other wonderful things about this product is that, with the remote control, your partner can control it from a different room of your home! Definitely makes for a fun evening. The reach of the remote signal is quite impressive!

I purchased a product after hearing about it on social media. Immediately I thought about items being made with PVC and BPA (toxic products). I went back to Tracy's Dog website to see the material and sure enough, it's made from garbage silicone fake plastic that will cause fertility issues and hormone imbalances to say the least.

I sent an email asking to cancel my order, I got a reply back at 4am central time saying it was already shipped (i just placed the order about 8hrs sooner).

Their customer service claims I could reject the package and it will come back to their warehouse in china. They explained they don't have the tracking info to give me because it hasn't been dispatched and shipped. W.T.F??! If the order hasn't left china, just cancel the garbage! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Tracy's Dog!

UPDATE: 12/22/22 I did as Tracy's Dog suggested, returned box to sender. They've had it for a little over a week now (tracked postage). I've emailed them 2x's asking about my refund. No response, no refund, nothing.

After reading great reviews about the Tracy’s Dog OG sucking vibrator, I decided to make a purchase along with some other items from their site on October 14th. It’s now October 24th and my package has still not arrived and the tracking info shows that USPS has yet to receive it from the shipping partner. I’ve sent two emails, received no reply and made numerous attempts to speak to someone via their toll free line, but it only rings with no answer. They have charged my card over $50 yet I have not received my package and I’m unable to get a response. Terrible service would not recommend.

I was sent the Sam's Male Masturbator from Tracy's Dog for review. I received the toy for free, but would definitely pay the full $36.99 for the product having used it. It's made of a soft body-safe silicone with a realistic texture, but only comes with 3 packets of lube if you don't happen to have some toy safe lubricant. Cleaning is a breeze as you only need to run it under some warm water with some soap. Running it under warm water is also a good before step too if you want to simulate the warmth of the real thing. The switch on the bottom is good for adding suction although it isn't quite as good of a seal as I would like, as a result the suction is pretty weak. Using it is as easy as masturbating normally with the added benefit of being able to wedge it between the mattress and the bed spring for a slightly more realistic experience.

All in all, I really enjoyed the Sam's Realistic Fleshlight Vagina. It's not perfect by any means, but for the price it's more than I would think to ask for. It's sturdy, fun, and easy to clean. Those things are all I need from a male masturbator.
