Brilliant scam
Brilliant scam, sent ps5 headphones off in mint condition, quoted £36 (nowhere did it say when submitting the headphones that the charger and jack needed to be included) received an offer of £28 and then quoted £5.15 and within 25 DAYS to get the item back. Please use another website.

We are sorry but we do not accept faulty or damaged items as stated on our website. The deduction was made because you sent us a faulty PS4 controller (Directions Left, UP, Right buttons do not work) and a controller with a damaged analog stick.
If customers send faulty or damaged item/s, there is a return fee payable by a customer.
However, you were not charged a return fee as you accepted the new valuation.

Sold some old PS4 and PS5 games and the service was great as usual. I have sold games to them on several occasions now and it has always been a quick and easy process without any hassle or disputes over the value of my items.
