The whole process takes too long. Pay out needs to be quicker.

Slight delay in Checking and Payment.
Sent items and these were received on 09/08/23. Slight delay in checking of items and this wasn't completed for 5 working days but payment followed the next working day.
Small print does state a 4-7 working day turnaround so if you're in a rush be aware.
Altogether easy experience though.

THIS COMPANY ARE A COMPLETE CON AND HAVE REPORTED THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THE OMBUDSMAN, YOU DELIVER YOUR PARCEL TO THEM - THE PRETEND TO LOSE IT AND SAY IT WAS ACCIDENTLY SENT ABROAD AND HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR IT TO BE RETURNED, TO THEN SAY THEY HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO PROBLEMS THERE END - TO SEND ME PHOTOS OF MY PARCEL JUST SITTING THERE HASNT EVEN BEEN OPENED, AND NO INTERNATIONAL LABELS ON. THEY HAVE WASTED SO MUCH OF MY TIME AND COST ME MONEY TAKING DAYS OFF WORK WAITING IN FOR DELIVERY ON FRIDAY AND IT NEVER ARRIVED. WORST COMPANY EVER AND I AM CLAIMNG FOR DAMAGES. Trading in two Apple TVs…
I have updated my two Apple TVs replacing them with the new 4K version.
For some reason Apple does not offer trade ins for Apple TVs.
TradeInForCash.co.uk accepted my items at a what I considered to be a fair price and the procedure for sending items was very straight forward. Transaction completed within two weeks.
Very satisfactory service. No hesitation in recommending.

It was an ok service, not sure I'd recommend
It was an ok service, I wish the website were more transparent in its policies, for example, I had sent them 2 PS4's both of which had been opened for cleaning or repair.
Had I known this I would have considered selling the two PS4s privately instead of taking a price reduction of £30 per console.
Some games do not appear in their barcode catalog which is understandable and some that had been revalued.
Overal, I would probably recommend going through the trouble of selling privately unless you're in a rush.

Get a quote they receive items all in working order with all wires leads etc then say things are broke and missing and offer a lower quote I will spread the word never to use this lot of liars ever con-artists 👎🏻 I know what was sent to you I bloody packed and wrapped it all up why would deliberately miss things out and trade in a controller that was damaged it was all wrapped up and well proctected never had this kind of thing from other companies 👎🏻

Thank you for the review. It is clearly stated on our website that console must include all cables and an official undamaged controller. You did not include a USB cable and sent PS4 controller with a damaged casing. We deducted £2.50 for the missing USB cable and £17.50 for the damaged controller. We are sorry but we cannot pay full price for something that does not meet our condition criteria. If you were not happy with the new valuation you could have rejected the new offer.
