As a Handy man time is precious my drill driver finally gave out mid job.
Was recommended tradekarr by a friend what an easy to use platform and life saver for quick delivery same day within 35mins. Not only saved me time not having to leave the job with all the inconvenience i could get on with other stuff whilst i waited. Deffo use them again

Fast and easy
Very easy to use all my delivery's have been fast drivers have been polite very happy with this service overall 😀 definitely better than moving the truck and trying to find parking when I get back to site .

A great service
A great service. Click, find your products from a local supplier and have them delivered promptly. I’ve had a few teething problems with Tradekart, mainly stockists listing items that they then notify me that they don’t actually have in stock. Making sure the stockists keep an accurate stock count would be a good improvement. I’m sure the service will only get better as more stockists are bought on board. I will be using TradeKart again for my business for sure.

I have used their services about 10 times as a project manager and have been extremely satisfied with the service The delivery has always been within 30 minutes and the price for all the items is are same as the suppliers and I think their delivery charge is reasonable. Keep up the good work.

Used TradeKart 20-30 times in the last few months, Never had any problems and saved me a lot of time running around. I’d recommend trying them as they are very handy if you’re working in and around places where traffic and parking is a nightmare.

Plenty of room for improvement
Several recent bad experiences with deliveries where short or cancelled after an hour or more after placing order. Told would receive a call from
Management but haven’t. Failed to cancel delivery when requested as only half what was required. Should make life easier as a tradesman but caused significant problems and customer service response has been poor.

I have checked the order you mentioned the team failed to cancel, and by the looks of it, there was a technical error with the order dispatching platform, which prevented the team from cancelling the order when you requested - this issue has since been escalated and fixed.
Regarding getting in touch with our team, I am sorry to hear this wasn't actioned - it has been an extremely busy few weeks for the team, so it was probably missed by accident. I have raised the issue internally and have arranged a call back, so we will be in touch to discuss your recent issues early next week, if that works for you!

Their website and app is also incredibly slow and the search quite bad.
Nothing like Screwfix's sprint that just delivers items.

Good overall and worth the occasional hiccups
Excellent fallback for stuff you need fast and little supply emergencies. As with so many things, it's not always perfect but the few times I've had issues it's been the supplier that sent the wrong item (looking at you Toolstation). I work alone so it's good to be able to carry on working while supplies come to site

Absolutely love it. Delivery even quicker than expected. Had an engineer at home to replace a boiler and needed 1 part. Product delivered quickly with no any hassle. Highly recommended. Will definitely use it again.

Time is money! Oh boy these guys save time!
I use TradeKart on a weekly basis and some weeks on a daily basis. The time I save driving to pick parts up for the job is immeasurable.
The times where I’m at the job and I know all I need to finish at the end the day is a tube of mastic it’s far more efficient to order it so I can keep working and one the heroes from trade kart saves the day. The 40 minutes I’ve saved driving to and from the merchants is spent on the job getting sh*t done.
Now they have kellaway involved I’ve even had rolls of insulation delivered!!!
More people need to know about TradeKart!

Excellent for trade people. Making my life way easier. Don't have to rush to shops for missing bits. Easy to use, reliable,fast. Delivery guys are nice and polite. Customer service is amazing. Really helpful app
Really helpful app, as a construction manager this has got me out of some sticky situations. And saved me lots of time. I like the fact you can search the product you want and it will list multiple stores that sell it. I could not recommend this app enough

Very Impressed
I have used Tradekart numerous times now and they never fail to impress. I received regular updates on the order and delivery ETA.
They have always delivered in a timely manner. Today's delivery arrived less than 40 mins after ordering. I could not have gone to the merchant and back in that time saving me valuable time. All round very impressed

Great service
Great service, saves a lot of time instead of having to drive down to toolstation or screwfix for little things each time.
Delivery adds up a bit and the drivers often get lost, but its a great service that saves a lot of hassle especially when running multiple sites.
