Very smooth process. A representative was able to answer all my questions. Reporting dates were as promised. This is a trustworthy service. Will recommend to all family and friends who are looking to improve / build their credit profile.

The payment system is very difficult to get to work properly especially with banks secure protection and credit unions were even harder. After having an issue (that delayed reporting which delayed my home purchase loan by another month), I was switched to a different rep(at first i had a great younger dude that was perfectly behaved) than I had been working with and she was a bit rude at times during the process and definitely not patient!! The more I was frustrated with the process and not understanding the explanations with the tech difficulties, if I didn't desperately need this, I would've given up! Once all that part was done, it worked quite well! Better than expected! Instantly, I was no longer jumping thru alternative credit hoops! We went from unscorable to in the high 700s!!! 😳🤯
However, I found this survey bc I'm looking for when I have to renew and in the sea of promo emails(which i said i didn't want) I can't find the info! I guess it's on my account? Great, I'll probably have that "login problems" bc that's usually my luck.🙄
Additionally, they used my gov name and didn't even get it correct-spelled wrong. smh
