Great experience with Tradelink
Great experience with Tradelink. Easy to order our product, and quick click and collect (within 3 days). Happy with our product so far (a bathroom vanity), that looks exactly like the pictures. Gives a nice fresh look to our bathroom. We didn't give 5 stars, as unfortunately the showroom has closed. A shame...

Very happy with the service and items selected.
I cannot fault the service at Tradelink. The items were ordered online at a good price and delivered quickly to our local store. Everything was made so easy for us including help with loading the heavy items into the car. The choice available is very good and clear photos and descriptions make it simple to select what is required. This is about the tenth time we have bought from Tradelink over the last three years and can recommend them to anyone looking for a good price range over many brands.

Really poor communication from the team. Didn’t receive any proactive comms regarding the significant delivery delays. Delivery driver was really good though and helped me get the order upstairs.

Online order - store pickup
I ordered the item I required online and paid for it and requested it be sent to a store for pickup. The website was easy to use. I was advised by SMS when the item was ready for pickup. Very good service.
