Courteous staff
Ordered a colander on Tradelink website. Took about 4 days to come. I received an email, a message and a courteous call from Tradelink to notify me the arrival of goods. Friendly staff at store when went to pick up. Great experience.

The perfect bathroom mirror within budget
I finally found the perfect bathroom mirror! After searching for ages, this was the only one that didn’t look like a cookie-cutter mass-market product. The unique detailing sets it apart from anything else I've seen, the dimensions were spot-on, and the price point was excellent. They had it in stock and I picked it up a day after purchase.

Previous client for house reno
Previous client for house reno, New bath, sinks, taps & water tank. I was told I will need to return as a few item prices not available, sales girl helpful but the Manager just told me to pick a different brand if I wanted the total price today.
Not happy but to get a price I did, Wow prices have gone up in 2 years. Went around the corner to Eagles Plumbing, all the same items but over $200 cheaper with 3 days delivery. So, around to Reece Plumbing, ( lucky to have 3 Plumbing shop in Forster ) most items available within 5 - 7 working days delivery. Not as cheap but still cheaper than Tradelink, I'll give Tradelink a miss, Manager's attitude didn't make me feel welcome or confident in the sale.

Will think about using TL again.
After helpful assistance from customer service, delivery went down hill.
First call to branch, item is on back order, already waited 10 days. Was advertised as in stock.
Will call you back with update, CRICKETS.
Anothed call, on hold till call timed out.
Branch returned call, will be delivered by end of week.
It was, to wrong premises, luckily i was next door and able to direct driver to correct premies after his call.

I can honestly say that I get high quality of product, speedy reply quotes and the great advice when I've dealt with Tradelink Enoggera recently. You can tell when staff go the extra mile.

Towel rail return
I bought a towel rail online but sadly the mounting system caused the rail not to cover my existing holes.
I was told to return it to the stores 20 mins drive away where I picked it up originally and was told that they wouldn’t return it because it came from another store.
I emailed the “other” store and was never given a reply.
I went to tradelink because for decades that’s where you went.
Not so sure now.
Update: the team at Tradelink responded and kindly refunded my money. It seems that the miscommunication was possibly due to the Christmas break.
Thanks to Spiros and the team for coming to my aid.
