100% Scam!
I joined TradeMate on July 7, 2026 after using its service in connection with TTT Markets. I am posting this review based on my personal experience and the documents and payout emails I have retained.
TradeMate’s written Service Agreement states that it trades the client’s prop-firm challenge on the client’s behalf. The agreement specifically lists TTT Markets as one of the firms covered by its challenge-pass service. It also states that, after funded-account activation, TradeMate installs its Sonic EA to trade USDJPY and XAUUSD automatically.
I relied on this service and devoted substantial time and money to the process. I was led to believe that after reaching funded status and becoming payout eligible, the purpose of the service was to help me reach successful payouts.
On September 8, 2026, TTT Markets confirmed receipt of two payout requests from my accounts: $3,074.63 and $2,398.68, for a total of $5,473.31. Both were initially marked “Pending Review.”
On September 19, 2026, both payout requests were rejected. TTT Markets stated the reason as: “Disallowed | Consistency range breach | Account reset as a gesture of goodwill.”
This is extremely concerning to me because TradeMate was the service I hired in connection with passing and operating within the prop-firm arrangement. If a consistency rule was breached, I want TradeMate to provide a detailed explanation of whether its trading, strategy, EA settings, or account-management instructions contributed to the breach.
TradeMate’s own agreement states that prop-firm challenge-passing services can operate in a “grey area” under many prop-firm terms, and it places responsibility for compliance with the prop firm’s rules on the client. It also states that TradeMate is not responsible for third-party prop-firm bans, rule changes, or funded-account terminations.
In my experience, this arrangement left me carrying the financial and practical consequences after I relied on TradeMate’s service.
I am requesting that TradeMate provide a written, account-specific explanation addressing:
• What trades or settings caused the alleged consistency breach;
• Whether the Sonic EA or TradeMate’s strategy contributed to it;
• What TTT Markets rules were being followed;
• What TradeMate did to verify compliance before payout eligibility; and
• What remedy TradeMate is offering now that both payout requests were rejected.
I have retained my TradeMate agreement and the TTT Markets payout-request and rejection emails as documentation.
Based on my personal experience, I feel I wasted significant time and money. Prospective customers should carefully review both the prop firm’s payout rules and TradeMate’s contractual limitations before paying for this type of service.
I will update this review if TradeMate provides a documented explanation or resolves the matter.
