After an illness forced break from work for 6 years restarting my trading relationship with Williams has been smooth and hassle free. Recent trade counter experience in Christchurch shows the helpful friendly staff are still a thing, look forward to rebuilding my trading with you!

The customer service at the Gloucester…
The customer service at the Gloucester branch was great and very helpful. It’s a shame they shut the Bristol branch as that would of saved me 2 hours if travelling time.

I’m a loyal customer to Williams and have nothing but good things to say about them, they’re not the cheapest out there but make up for it in customer service and will do price match on some products.
Delivery is always fast and efficient, quotes are available over the phone and product sourcing and researching is never a problem.
