Out of the merchants I only choose Williams. They always go out of there way to get you what you need. I like how 90% of stock is pick or mix style not having to await staff to get things for you. When you can see things you can pick up things you may of forgotten is this wasnt the case. The delivery I’m I’m stuck and the driver is free they’ll send as little as a pack of rad valves to me, the same day, even the point of a decent size coffee not a vending machine 1 gulp and gone, a decent size goes along way, the fact they only serve the trade helps with keeping waiting times down at the till, Williams being luton is a massive benefit to me, I don’t dread going to the suppliers when I do go there, and I’ll only go elsewhere where in a emergency, when Williams have gone above and beyond but still are unable to assist, of which rarely ever happens. I hope Williams luton is here to stay because my next nearest branch is to far away to commute to the amount of time I visit.

Used this company in Christchurch for the first time. Having been in the building trade for 40 years I’ve never met a more professional and personable company. Extremely helpful with purchase and the delivery driver was equally helpful. 10/10

I've used this company for a long time now. I find the service in my local branch to be really good. Staff are helpful and have a good product knowledge. Branch has a good stock supply and can get most stuff pretty quickly if not in branch.

Williams Ashford again blows every other merchant out out of the water, the counter service is always willing to pass on knowledge and experience along with a coffee, the delivery was seamless and the driver was helpful and willing to assist without hesitation all topped off with a smile and a bad joke!!

One of the best plumbing suppliers with reasonable price, all the staffs from any branch very helpful and proactive. The best thing i like there is you can grab anything you require from the shelves. Overall most convenient place for the plumbers.
