Recently, the combination of great prices and the best products backed up by exceptional service has catapulted us forwards to become a major regional independent and one of the fastest growing merchants in the UK. Not sure about great experience
Not sure about great experience - very few things are in life. But the staff at the branch in Ashford are first class. Always cheerful, have a sense of humour and certainly knowledgeable about most of the products we have to deal with. Prices are good too.

Just a shame they have decided to close the one and only branch in Bristol.
Sadly this maybe the last time I can use this company.
The staff were always very helpful and polite.

Great service
Ive used the Cambridge store for a few years now and James and John are really friendly and helpful. Orders arrive quick and deliveries sent out quicker. Competitive prices and wide range of stock.
