Honest to goodness feedback.
I had worked with Bettina for a couple of months to find a broker that would offer services in the country I currently reside (Canada), while offering the specific leverage (1:100) and platform integration (TradingView) for the traded instrument (sp500).
I previously worked with a company in Singapore, and after moving to Canada (and being somewhat fed up with rising spread costs), I needed to find someone else.
I had tried probably about 10+ brokers over the couple of months. Some were absolutely shit due to their non existent customer service or significant execution delays,
some were good but didn’t want to work with a client residing in Canada.
One thing remained consistent- Bettina’s determination and persistence with finding a broker that I was happy with.
I had sent her emails with feedback and she took that feedback and always came back with another possibility, another option, another prospect.
She reached out to her contacts within various firms to escalate the concerns I had, introduced me to contacts she had, and always (without the slightest annoyance), continued to work with me to find the broker that worked for me. This is absolutely unreal to find. Bettina is the difference!
Important to note - this was all FREE. She didn’t charge me an anything. Although I would have been absolutely happy to pay for this service.
