2nd time,I ticketed ,they said it has been delete ..I have to register again

Absolute SCAM
This prop firm seems great at first, but once you get funded, they hit you with unfair rules that aren’t clearly stated upfront. The spreads suddenly widen, slippage gets worse, and their risk management rules feel designed to make you fail. Feels more like a money grab than a legitimate firm!
Update 1: Slippage is an inherent feature of the market, but what happens that the TradersCombat’s demo account widens the spread when there is no news or whatsoever, and at the same time (same exact seconds and minutes) no real account faces the issue? This is called Manipulation which is being done here by TradersCombat-Scam firm. I don’t and won’t accept it because I know (and you already know) what you did.

You failed your account because of you hit the drawdawn and you dont want to accept it. The Stop loss hit by slippage and this is common and every professional trader knows this.
You even mentioned that Slippage should be on Real accounts not demo accounts but this is not a case and the simulation accounts have the exact specifications as real accounts.
You have to consider all trading aspects and dont blame others for your mistakes.

I think the rules of this company mean that you cannot receive any profit from this company and I do not recommend working with this company at all. I bought a few accounts myself, but due to the strange rules and calculation formulas that the company has created for itself, I decided to continue and closed the accounts.

You have purchased Express evaluation challenges and This two steps challenges is standard challenges among all other prop firms. you have to pass two steps with 8 percent target and phase one and 5% at phase two.This is standard rule. there is 2% floating loss allowance you have to follow.
You even reached the real account but failed to generate any profit.
And then you purchased two more accounts and this shows you are aware of rules that you have decided to purchase two more accounts.
you didnt close any account, you just failed to pass it.
We hope you accept your failure and try to learn from your mistakes and continue your journey with success with or without us.

در مورد برداشت مستحضر باشید روز های پنجشتبه که روز برداشت هست نیازی ندارید تا از ابتدای روز درخواست برداشت دهید. تمام برداشتهای پس از اتمام روز پنجشنبه بررسی میشوند پس شما میتوانید تا انتهای روز پنجشنبه به معامله گری بپردازید و در انتهای روز درخواست خود را ارسال فرمایید و اینطوری روز جمعه حسابها بررسی و پرداختها اتجام منیشوند.

Prop traderscombat is not transparent
This information is not very basic. It is your prop's job to clearly state the pip value to the trader when the broker is offering it, like Prop FundedNext, because every broker is different.
If your prop is transparent, do this.
You have disabled the ability to open a demo account in your prop.

It is not rpop firm responsibility to provide yu the pip value information. You have to find this through broker platform.
And also most of prop firm dont provide trial as this has costs and burdon on server. As mentioned before, You can simply open an account through broker website and trading platform.

Thanks for the review. The rule is clear and use of preapproved EA is allowed. We clearly mentioned that if you want to use any EA you have to get approval through ea@traderscombat.com.
When you do not follow the rules and use a copy trading expert, You violate the rules.
