Does not honor FREE delivery PROMISE
Was about to buy four solar panels, over £150 because the website states FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150.
uha. NO IT'S NOT!!!!
Got thru the checkout to the delivery part and they slapped a massive delivery charge on my order.
So gone back to City Plumbing because they do honor their FREE DELIVERY promise.
After going back to their site I could see the asterisk on the little FREE DELIVERY advert, but when you click on it it goes nowhere to say what it means, until you checkout.
SO SEEING A HIDDEN PALLET DELIVERY CHARGE OF £150 + vat IS A BIT OF A shocker at a whopping £180 WHICH IS ALMOST THE COST OF TWO MORE PANELS.
The other solar retailer giant that is probably more well known, well, everything is FREE DELIVERY over just £75, so YEP, I CAN SEE WHY THEY ARE MORE WELL KNOWN.
Come on trade sparky, if you really want to charge that much, put the extra delivery cost on the relevant product pages like the other big retailers do. Don't try and hide the costs because it can appear a little dodgy. Or at least REMOVE THE GOD DAMN ASTERIX and simply state, FOR SMALL ORDERS.
EVEN BETTER, PUT YOUR PALLET DELIVERY CHARGE ON THE MAIN PAGE.

I’m disappointed with my experience
I’m disappointed with my experience. Before placing my order, I confirmed with the company that the price listed was for packs of ten and that I would receive a total of 1,400 pieces. This was confirmed to me multiple times by different team members. However, the quantity delivered did not match what I was told as i received 140 . I provided voicemail of our conversations, but the issue was not resolved as expected. Clear and accurate information is important, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Apologies for the confusion with the quantities. I have listened back to the recording of the conversation your company made which was after the orders had been placed. We apologise for the error in the information you were provided. However, we were still the best priced distributor for that item, and feel that you were fully aware that if the price was for 1400 pieces then it would be unrealistic.
We have offered to resolve the issue by offering a full refund and free collection of the item. However, you are yet to respond.
