Construction Skills College Avis

I have never done this before and having done this course (heating/Plumbing, Carpentry and Tiling), I have learned a lot. I am fairly confident that I would be able to do few DIY at home on these areas. Some of the instructors were very good and some of them were ok. I would recommend my friends to attend these courses.

I have gained lots of knowledge during the training sessions which are I can implement on repair on own property or develop the skills for construction skills.
Highly recommendation for property development.

I recently completed all course with Construction Skills College. I am happy with the experience. From start to finish, the training was professional, well-structured, and very hands-on. The tutors were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain things clearly, which made even the more challenging parts much easier to understand.

Weldone to the team—and thank you for a fantastic learning journey!

I have done several of the 2 week courses - Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing and Tiling - and my daughter has just completed the 2 week Plumbing as well. All courses have been excellent, great tutors and packed with practical, hands on training. All the tools and materials you need are on hand and you are provided with your own set of manual and power tools for the duration, very little needs to be shared. Any tools that did fail were replaced without delay. Courses are well designed to give a solid grounding in really useful skills, whether you are a DIYer like me, or starting out in a new trade / up-skilling. There is the sense that they go above and beyond in ensuring they give value for money, even putting additional content in where there was time and for those who get finished with tasks quickly. After completing a course, you can also contact the college to ask for advice on whatever you are working on, which has been very helpful for me. Kitchen and loos are very clean and there’s even a shower. I also think it’s worth mentioning that as a woman I have always felt very comfortable there, as has my daughter. I hope to return fir more courses in the future!

It’s very easy to book a place and great facilities for course

Very nice training center where they could provide quality training and instructors were very frendly

Brilliant courses and instructors. Been 3 times for different courses over the last few years and every time the courses have been full of so much information and skills. Individual bays and small course groups make it like one on one training with the instructors. No question is a silly question and they are always happy to help. The best skills college in the UK!!
