Trade Vehicle Parts Avis 

I bought side steps from this web site by using my vehicle registration and trade vehicle parts have sent the wrong parts out that don't fit my car,I've had 2 auto body shops look at this side step and they have confirmed that there wrong.
I've recently contacted trade vehicle parts and they are not going to rectify there mistake so I wouldn't buy anything from this company as you will not receive what you pay for

Total scammere do not buy from them. I ordered 2 items and received only one item. They then claimed I received 2 and they also lied to PayPal but luckily I had evidence to back up my claim. Never again.

I got a bmw M sport body kit it’s arrived damaged i said to the company who delivered it I shouldn’t be accepting it he then put on the system has arrived damaged I gave them all the images videos but I’ve not heard anything back the items was £520 so it’s not exactly a small price I’ve paid customer service on chat are poor and ignoring me I would like to send it back or for them to sort it out for me I have snapped lugs where the fog lights are as well loads of damage on the bumpers and deep slices

Absolute joke of a company.
I ordered a VW golf Lower grill which arrived packaged in plastic and cardboard not protected at all. Plastic on the grill was damaged. Phoned and ordered another one which had the exact same thing happen total joke. AVOID

I tried to buy a vivaro engine, they asked for £700 deposit which I paid. they then said the engine is not working we can refund your deposit. It has been 4 months and they still have not refunded anything.
Every day I call them and they do not help me. They always say they are busy and can’t talk to me, so they tell me to call later in the day and when I do they act bossy and fed up but they will still not refund my money.
I have to pay interest for my credit card

While ordering the parts I needed I was able to check and be confident that the right part was ordered as you input your registration and then click on the make and model. Having done that the correct parts are listed. I paid a small fee for next day delivery and from then on you can easily track your order and was informed of a time that it would be delivered between and yes that is what happened. The parts were correct. Would certainly use this company again.

Good company, had a few issues using the site and placing the order but that being said the part was exactly as expected and came fairly quickly will certainly use again.

Placing order was very easy and quick. However, I accidentally ordered a slightly wrong wing mirror so I called through and asked them to cancel it. They were really helpful and kind and cancelled it straight away for me. Although I didn’t actually get the product I needed (due to my own mistake) I’d probably shop here again based on the good service and ease of transaction.

Easily ordered the part over the web. Arrived within 36 hours. Unfortunately, one segment was missing. Quick phone call to Bob M of sales. with two short emails later, the missing item came through the post. All within 5 days. Good service, good communications, no hassle.

Faulty item received, arranged for a retrun, they picked it up and after a few days I saw the same item back and left at my door step. Arranged a 2nd pick then the delivery courier never turned up despite how many times they confirmed it will be collected, waste of time and effort.

Very worse customer service as well as delivery service, wrong item delivered and not even replacing, do not go with, it is better to buy from other place

Discovery 3 side steps, appaling quality, very amateur welding, 3 brackets per step, none the same, nine fit, company not interested! Own goal, didn't check inside there 60 day rule, but there so bad I believed they would help, but no responce when pictures sent!

I bought a replacement wing for a Fiat 500 and the priming of the part was low quality with pocking and dust marks obvious in the priming coat. Very speedy service and great cost point just a shame about the quality

I purchased a chrome effect front grille for my Ford Mondeo and the part looked fine when I received it but after 6 months it had a pitted effect on it. I contacted tradevehicleparts about this but their only reply was that I should have returned the part within 30 days if I was not happy with it. I explained the part was initially fine and that I would expect the part not to deteriorate in such a short space of time. They failed to respond to this so I would strongly suggest that you do not use them for any chrome effect parts !!!

I ordered a part, came (potentially) defective, it might have just been me, and it was replaced. I returned the old and a new came and it did work!

Do not recommend. I paid for next-day delivery and have still not received my product... weeks later. No response from customer services to give me any idea where my order is or to refund the extra I paid for faster delivery.
