Product falls apart when used. It is not like the video they show on their website. The product does not click together and as soon as you use it the metal attachment and the sponge piece falls off.

Absolutely a scam. We purchased the BBQ Master for our BBQ and it does not work. A Chinese person that goes by the name of Charmaine is willing to help but she/he is versed in not refunding the monies owed.

I sent footage of the BBQ Master failing on our BBQ - she/he sends footage of scrubbing a tile for 5 seconds...lol

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PATHETIC SCAMMERS

I purchased their BBQ master pro, and was genuinely amazed at how poorly it was designed. It is a $100 product that not only doesn’t do what it is sold to do, it can’t by design. After contacting the company with video evidence of the critical failure in the product design the company was in denial.

Bought the BBQ brush from an Instagram advert for almost $100. Product came almost two months after purchase and was obviously cheap and poorly made. Head fell off brush first time using it and cont in used to do so, contacted company and they said 'clip it in' or 'put a pin in it' which is not acceptable for the premium price I paid

Bought the BBQ clean and totally useless. Falls apart every time you put pressure on it to clean the bbq. They wanted be to wedge a pin in it and told me it’s not faulty and wouldn’t refund me. What a joke of a company. Really bad services and products . Warning STAY AWAY

Advertised as Australian and shipped from Australia. Came from China in a plastic bag with no info. Fell apart while attempting to use it. Company advertise guarantee and refund...refuse to do so. Complete scam..a very inferior over priced product .

Total scam. As others have said, the product takes a long time to ship and then is faulty when it arrives. I asked for a replacement bbq brush and was told to “insert a pin to hold it together” so they obviously know it is faulty.

As per the other reviewers, the BBQ cleaner is a cheaply made, poorly designed scam. Clips on the side do not engage properly without very careful fiddling each time. Can't help but notice they've already changed the design on the advertisements. No response in terms of refund.

Not only did the order come later than I expected, it was a gift for xmas, the product itself in comparison to what you think you get is inferior. Scam company as requested a refund due to not matching the description, unfit for purpose, and they said tough basically. DONT BUY from this company. SCAM.

We would give this company 0 stars if that was possible! A total scam.

My partner ordered the bbq brush as a Christmas present for me and it never arrived. They updated the address to the wrong suburb and it was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address. We contacted the company immediately to report it and they have given us nothing but grief since and have refused to process a refund for a product that was not delivered to the correct address and that we never received. $100AUD just gone!

Do not even think of buying from this company.

The only thing pro here is the scam. Cheap plastic with barely functional plastic clips that attempt to hold the cleaning pad and scraper blade. Broke on first use. Outrageous for $100. The checkout process is also a scam offering more add ons (extra $60 for a $5 possibly waterproof bucket) that you can accidentally one touch buy (with no review or option to reverse the process). I almost forgot to mention - it DOESN'T WORK!. Avoid at all costs.

Good marketing. They claim item is shipped (implying it is made) in Australia. Shipping notice is from China and it took around a month to arrive. Cheap looking item I wouldn’t trust near high heats. Don’t fall for it like I did.

Also claims refund up to 120 days, but once I asked for the refund they stopped responding.
