Hi Cristhian,
Thank you for your review. Your position was closed due to a stop out, which occurs when an account’s equity falls below the required margin. In such cases, positions may be automatically closed to help limit potential losses during strong market movements.
For a full explanation and a review of your account, please reach out to our support team — they’ll be happy to go over the details with you.
You can also find more information about stop outs in our FAQ section: https://www.trading.com/us/faq/forex/leverage-margin#what-is-a-stop-out

Very transparent, great app, and monthly chance to win $6000? Who wouldn't love Trading.com
Great to learn and hone your skills with the practice account. Plus they give you $100 for when you feel comfortable to trade real money. Plenty of lessons to help teach you. I haven't won yet but the monthly paper trading challenge is a big draw for me I want to win $6000.

Hi Justin,
We’re very sorry for the delay you experienced with your withdrawal. While we process requests promptly, the final delivery time depends on the banking provider, which can sometimes take a few business days.
We understand this can be frustrating. Please know we're actively working on introducing instant deposit and withdrawal options to offer a faster, smoother experience.
Your feedback is valuable, and we truly appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our services.
