Recently purchased a traditional oak fire place set from Traditional Beams. Very pleased with the items which included all fixings and installation instructions. The component parts were very well packaged and were delivered within the quoted time frame. Their price was very competitive and excellent for the quality of the product

Great delivery (remember, these items are cut to size and treated before you get them ) so about 2 to 3 weeks is fine. Delivered with very robust packaging and holes all drilled ready for mounting. The instructions are helpful and bear in mind to make precise measurements . Once up it looks fab . Excellent company, excellent product

Excellent service from Traditional Beams. Great selection of colours and sizes available, and comes with the fittings needed. Delivery delayed due to the courier, but when I got in touch with Traditional Beams, Catherine was fantastic and was on it straight away and sorted things out with the courier. I am absolutely thrilled with how the beam looks, really finishes off my fireplace.

My first time purchasing from Traditional beams and I would definitely use them again. Absolutely beautiful beam- excellent quality, beautiful colour and quick delivery. I did have a few problems with the courier but this wasn't TBs fault. But when the problem was raised Catherine replied promptly and was willing to help. The briquettes arrived on the day stated. They look good, and I am especially impressed with the packing method. They were delivered on a pallet and weatherproofed, with a notice to the delivery company on the bag telling them to avoid getting the contents wet, which was a pleasant surprise. I am more used to seeing these types of bags just open, and lifted off by a hoist by their handles.
