The customer service is terrible. Days can go by without any response to serious issues like making a payment for a service they then fail to deliver. Getting answers is a nightmare. There are much better alternatives that care more about the customer.

Don’t waste your money. Tried this service once to see if it really worked.
I can tell you honestly that it does not. I paid for the 20,000 google traffic and didn’t get close to getting that number.

I tracked their process with my own tracker and they did not deliver what I expected. I will not be using this service again. Save your money and use a real advertising service.

I have been using this site for years, but recently they are dead, support email has no reply, live chat has not responded, WhatsApp number is dead, all no response anymore, since I purchased 200 months of credits one-time from them.

Simply don't use it. They will bill you long after you stop service. They have a way with credit card companies, and you will lose disputes. After 3 months and 1500 dollars later I had to cancel the card for a new one. I am seeking legal action against this company to return my funds.

Their service stopped working for no obvious reason, after having paid them for multiple packages and renewed my project. It is just tragic...

I tried several times to reach their support for the past two months, using all ways (in-app email, private email, online chat) but nothing worked, no one ever responded to my inquiries.

Hello. I saw that the results are very different from my settings. This is very bad. Please see screenshots. In the campaign settings, I set the visit time to 1 minute, but Google analytics only shows 3 seconds. In addition, I installed 75 percent of returning users, and only 8 out of 6,000 returned. I was very disappointed with this result. No one answers in the support chat, and such work can spoil the statistics of my site. Please fix this or refund my money, I will look for another service.

And this happens every time. Support is unresponsive!

We have tested this service for many months and it always seem to be the same problem. With every new month renewal, traffic suddenly stops. We contact Customer Support and will not hear anything for days and a week. Then we contact again and again until they finally begin getting things working. Once or twice is one thing, but multiple months is a horrible business model where customers have to wait a week just to hear back.

Had a chance to fiddle with the professional service and it works as expected for most use-case scenarios except for redirected traffic (http url / https server redirect). Martin went over and beyond to assist but we couldn't find a workaround as it was a system limitation.

I requested a refund and was expecting a credit deduction but was surprised to receive the full amount. Being nice and polite goes a long way!

Es ist das erste Mal das ich so einen Service nutze und war sehr froh, dass der Support mich bei jedem Schritt unterstützt und beraten hat.
Dadurch habe ich nicht den Fehler gemacht Data Center IP´s zu kaufen, welche mir nicht weiter geholfen hätten.

My traffic has not started after setup for 4h. Which is why I have to subtract a star. After I contacted the support, the issue got quickly resolved.
