Training stalled midway
Training stalled midway, had to go back and redo. Early doors was worse, one of our people took six hours to do a 45 minute training.
Even just now two out of three people stalled had to go back to the beginning and completely re do.
When there it is all right.

Straight forward and proud to have done it

very straight forward course, presented at the right pace to learn. The content was excellent without being overbearing.
despite being relatively straight forward, the quiz questions ensured the course content was thoroughly understood.

Avoid, it's terrible
I paid for and started the Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course, then bailed and paid again for another provider...
- pointless synthetic robot voice reading everything out, badly
- ugly (looks dated like from the 90s)
- buggy, coded incompetently (I'm a programmer, and it's very poor)
- long, laborious pages that you can't speed up or skip when done
- confusing pages where you can't progress without working out their system inside the page, like you're in a video game
- doesn't record progress inside a module, forcing you to re-play the whole thing if you stop
I signed up for highspeedtraining.co.uk instead, and it's much better.

This course was great very informative and what i love about these courses is that you can do it in your own time frame its not rushed so if you are a slow learner you have a chance to go over the course again before taking the assessment.
Lots of great information to take back in to the work place.
