this website is misleading, all of the government funded courses turn to full pay courses, got a lot of phone calls told me their courses at government funded coursed.
Misleading website

Their courses look good but the fact that I had to fill out a lot of info just to get a price/course guide is useless as they don't even send you a course guide. They just get your info, ring and ring until you have to be rude and tell them that you just want a damn price and course guide!

The 2 star if for a previous course. I accidentally sent out a purchase for a course and had a heck of a time getting to customer service then when I did I was told there was nothing they could do. So I tried again explained the situation and they said okay we send you a refund. Well I ask for a refund within an hour of purchasing and got $19 out of the $36 I spent. Like why? Whatever. Needless to say I won’t be using training.com again for anything and I would caution everyone to make absolutely sure about the course your purchasing because you won’t get the full refund. And because of this unfortunate events it cause me to miss an opportunity.

Clicked to get a course guide. They want all of your information for it. I eventually gave in. However I was reluctant to give my mobile number. I don't want them calling. So I get an email and... NO COURSE GUIDE. they just want to get you on the hook like a cheap sales tactic.

I got a quick reply and very good service.

Very efficient and easy to both use and understand. Applied for a course on a Monday, got a call on Friday, and got enrolled into the course on that same phone call. Would happily use it again if I decide to do another course of study.

I got informations and emails quickly on my queries about the courses. The course guide is clear, the person who I spoke to was very helpful and polite. When I needed some more information of the different courses, and I booked phone call, but I have not got any call at the time I booked. After all that, I think email is the better way to communicate with this train company. I am considering to enrol a course after I work out the payment method, hopefully I am eligible for the government subsidy.

I did have too many emails and missed calls as follow up and would prefer to take the next step first once I have reviewed the courses and made a decision
I also asked Hammond how I go about applying for Vet government funding but did not get a reply
I would like to sign up for a course in the next week once I do have confirmation about the financial support

Easy website to use and there is a large variety of courses to look at for your needs.

Phone call was informative and caller was friendly. But felt pushed into making a decision on the spot. I also did reply to messages left for me on the Tuesday, letting them know, I was in a first aid course and would ring back on on the Friday. I had persistent calls, twice daily, ignoring my request. Am not overly happy with that!
Still deciding on this basis if I will go ahead with this company. As they clearly don't listen to there prospective students
