I recently completed my White Card course with Training Aid Australia and was very pleased with the entire experience.

What stood out most was the supportive and welcoming atmosphere. It had been many years since I last attended a formal training course, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the trainers and staff were patient, approachable, and always willing to help.

The course content was delivered clearly and professionally, making it easy to understand the key safety requirements and responsibilities. At the same time, the team treated everyone with respect and genuine care, which made the learning experience much more enjoyable.

Thank you to the whole Training Aid Australia team for your dedication and professionalism. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to complete their White Card training in a friendly and supportive environment.

They failed to provide the online course, were rude, condescending and refused to provide a refund.
I would not recommend anyone use them.

Extremely poor quality course. Trainers were uneducated and equipment was in shocking condition. Completed the Advanced Resuscitation course and honestly learnt less than in the standard resuscitation courses. Terrible experience and would not complete training with them again. Only went to them as it was the soonest course.

I completed a 2-day MHFA course at Training Aid Darlinghurst. Course content and instructor were brilliant but the facility cleanliness is in desperate need of maintenance. Training rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. No windows in any of the rooms so they were stuffy with bad odor. Carpets haven't been vacuumed in months and tables and chairs appear to have never been wiped down or sanitized.

The training was very effective and efficient. Our trainer was very well spoken and also had alot of past experiences in terms of First Aid. I would highly recommend that trainers are alor more strict when students are completing practical work. As CPR and saving lives is quite an imperative skill to have there were students who attended the course because they 'needed to' not because they 'wanted to'. Correct CPR techniques were not followed by some of the students and continued to receive their qualification certificate. This is a little disheartening. I understand that the course is paid for by students however, if students fail to provide adequate CPR then I don't understand why they would receive a certificate stating that they do. Overall course was very insightful and interesting.

Good practical experience, teachers teach really well and clear. if we could involved with more practical teaching, that would be great.

This course is more suited for people with a working knowledge of first aid rather than someone completely new to it.
There was a lot of pre-reading online, that is not particularly accessibility friendly. Navigation is not intuitive, paragraphs contain spelling errors, and uses US English.
The on-site training, however, was excellent. The trainer, Shane, was knowledgeable and delivered the course with theory as well as his own experience.
The structure of the day was separated into three modules, with those doing the first aid course staying for 2/3. It was at a pretty fast pace, but given the amount of content to get through, it was just right.

A good, succinct course

The guy who ran the course was fantastic. The medical was a joke. Some people from the course were done in 15 others waited for 2 hours. No order or organisation whatsoever people came in afternoon just for the medical and most left before some of the guys who were there the whole day.

I'm very enjoyable with the trainer and friends.
Easy to understand and fun.

Great Trainer. Great company.The teacher is very knowledgeable. Very fun learning course.
