This is a terrible company to do business with. After failing to meet deliverables, it will not issue any refunds and instead will attempt to avoid all forms of communication.
Edited: Training Express, in light of your company's inability to meet its deliverables, we would appreciate a refund.

We would like to clarify that the initial platform integration was completed successfully. The main issue arose during the DNS connection stage, where the subdomain provided was redirected to your main website rather than connected to the platform. We provided detailed guidance and confirmed by email in early March that the connection was working correctly. Unfortunately, the subdomain later began redirecting to your main site again, which is preventing the platform from functioning as intended.
In addition, several new requests were recently introduced, including the possibility of uploading custom course content instead of using the existing course library included in our original agreement. We have not declined these requests, but they represent a significant change to the agreed scope and require further discussion before implementation.
We sincerely regret any frustration caused by the recent delay in communication. However, we remain fully committed to working with you to resolve both the technical issue and any questions regarding future platform requirements.
We would welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation directly and find a constructive way forward.

Brilliant for setting up a charity
Brilliant for setting up a charity , accounting, funding, safeguarding and a lot more for the company side such as first aid and fire safety. I did struggle with the certificate thing at first but figured out the digital ones are free and you don’t have to leave a review . Easy to use. But the main page says free family member access and I can’t seem to find that part unless I’m wrong. Butt £99 for life time is a good price.

This course was ok, but some of the tutors talking you though the modules seemed to not know completely what they were doing as they kept clicking on areas that were not relevant to what they were showing at the time.
