We're Dan, Jay, and Will - three brothers from South London turning the property market on its head. Our journey began in 2020 when Dan gave away his property in a giveaway, and that bold step sparked a buzz, catching national attention and setting us on a path to make homeownership a reality for many. Our innovation in the property market caught the eye of Channel 4, leading to a documentary, "My £2 Dream Home". The show highlighted our mission to shake up the system - high-interest rates, inflated property prices, and rigid mortgage criteria won't stop us. Recently, we changed the game again - winners can now choose their property anywhere in the UK. With values of fairness, equality, and the thrill of winning at our core, we continue to redefine the property market. The real thrill for us? The reactions during our live draws. Those moments of pure joy broadcast to the nation keep us inspired. We're on a mission to change lives, one property at a time. Are you ready to join us? You might just be our next winner!

Gratitude is seriously lost on some people. The entitlement is crazy. These are 3 guys who are working tirelessly to make home ownership a possibility for people without the means to make it happen alone… we aren’t entitled to anything from them outside of them keeping their word and eventually awarding that prize to whoever has won. These delays aren’t their fault, it’s the result of people either being too skeptical to invest or simply not having the means. I’ve invested a few times now and really enjoy the process. It’s fun feeling like it might be your chance one day and the boys definitely do their best to make it as fair as possible. Keep up the great work guys!

Easy to purchase tickets quick process and always kept informed about the competition or when the next one is.

I’ve been a regular supporter of Tramway Path since their very first house competition, and I'm genuinely disappointed to see the recent wave of negative reviews. As someone who understands the effort and dedication required to run these competitions, I feel compelled to share my positive experience.
It's easy to criticise when things don't go exactly as planned, especially with the recent extension of the deadline. However, I believe this decision is understandable given the current economic climate and the increased costs everyone is facing.
Tramway Path is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to win a significant prize, and that's something to be celebrated. It's a shame that some customers are so quick to be bitter, as I'm sure their tune would change if they were the lucky winners.
I appreciate the transparency and dedication that Tramway Path demonstrates with every competition, and I'll continue to support them. Keep up the good work guys!

Another draw another extended deadline.
Cant express my disappointment at moving the deadline once again.
Please stop giving these guys your money. There is other good house competition websites out there that commit to their deadlines regardless of profit margins.

DO NOT USE!!! Yet again extending the draw because they haven’t sold enough tickets. I thought these days were over with these guys but they’re just proving they can’t be reliable or trusted.
This is part of the email they sent out this morning
“The response in this competition so far has been incredible, and we’re so close to hitting our target to give away the grand prize.
To be fully transparent, we’re not quite there yet. To ensure that we can make someone’s dream of becoming mortgage-free a reality (it could be you!), we’re extending the competition until the 21st April, and the live draw will now take place on the 23rd April. So make sure you've got your entries in before the deadline.
We know this isn’t ideal, but we truly believe that with your support, we can make it happen.”
They say to be fully transparent!!! what a load of lies
to be fully transparent You go ahead with the draw as originally stated and don’t rip off people by extending drawers because you haven’t sold enough tickets
no other Competition site does this
these are the only ones that seem to do it. They simply cannot be trusted.
Avoid at all costs

I’ve been playing this competition for nearly two years, but recent developments have left me disappointed (and no, not because I haven’t won).
The latest extension—by an additional three week-is a letdown, though I can’t say it’s surprising. Unlike previous draws, no clear end date was communicated upfront, which raises concerns about transparency. Many participants, including myself, are starting to question the authenticity of the process.
One particular issue is the way the prize distribution is structured. As per the terms and conditions, if the £500,000 goal isn’t met, the winner receives 70% of the total funds raised. While I understand the idea of “making someone’s dream come true,” the reality is that 70% of a substantial sum would still be life-changing. However, it’s clear that operational costs (and paying themselves) must be covered and that comes above making someone’s dream come true. That’s understandable, but it would be more honest to acknowledge this rather than continuing with vague messaging.
The repeated phrases “We’re not quite there” and “We know this isn’t ideal, but with your support, we can make it happen” have become robotic. At this point, I’d strongly recommend revisiting the copywriting approach. If transparency is truly a value, then provide more insight into why these delays keep happening. Ticket sales are declining, what’s the underlying issue? Ad costs have increased? Avoiding the conversation only leads to further skepticism.
Ultimately, continuously extending the competition is eroding the trust. If this pattern continues, the brand will find itself facing the same problem over and over again—never quite getting “there.”
PS—If one/two winners a year counts as “disrupting” the housing market, I guess a light breeze counts as a storm too?

The competition has been extended by 3 weeks! Saying they’ve not hit the target. It’s put me & a few of my friends off & will no longer been entering. At the price the tickets are sold near enough to 1million tickets with not the best odds to begin with it’s just not justifiable to extend it

Réponse de Tramway Path
ZERO transparency, its not clear how many tickets have been sold.
Competitions get extended by 20 days due to "we’re not quite there yet"
There are many other house competitions out there with more transparency allowing you to fully understand the odds.

Saw an ad on Facebook and gave it go, paid £12.50 for some entries. Only after did I see the competition closed yesterday! Why is this still being advertised after the closing date and WHY did you take my money for a competiton that's already ended? I want a refund, because at this point it's basically theft.

Réponse de Tramway Path
I was sceptical, hesitant at first to purchase some tickets. However one of my son's said mum just go for it you never know. Purchasing tickets through the site was straightforward and easy.
Well done to these brothers for giving people/ families hope of getting on the property ladder.

A lovely group of guys, making a difference. I’ve entered the competitions and love what you do. Of course, the dream is to win, but I also love watching this dream come true for others, which seems impossible in today’s climate.
A suggestion/feedback: it would be lovely to see a competition for a lesser amount (£250-300k), but with 2 winners:-)

I’ve participated in Tramway Path draws for a while now, and while the process seems transparent and fair, I’ve yet to win. The idea of helping people own properties is commendable, but I’m still waiting for my own luck to change. A mixed experience overall—decent but not remarkable.

Website to place orders very good and easy to put the order through. Immediately received an order confirmation and the tickets registered! Well done guys! Just remember it is a game at the end of the day and you have to risk it to win it! Good luck to everyone and God bless!

Disappointing Experience – Feels Like a Scam
I strongly advise anyone considering Tramway Path to be extremely cautious. I have entered multiple times via post, following their instructions carefully, yet my tickets have never been acknowledged or added to their system.
To make matters worse, I reached out to their customer service several times and have yet to receive any form of response — not even an acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being very sceptical before engaging with Tramway Path. There are better-run competitions out there with clearer processes and better customer support.

On the fence with this for now. Already had issues with a raffle company for a long time, and they ended up getting exposed by some charities that they claimed they were contributing, wich was a clear lie.
But, I believe that not every competition is fradulent, and I have seen this company pop up on my FB and Instagram for a while. The concept seems really good, so I bought some tickets for the 500k dream home. I feel like the website needs some changes to make it more appealing, maybe it's just me. I will not leave a negative review in case I don't win, as this is all based on luck, and the fact that the majority of winners come from London might be a coincidence, but it's still a bit odd. I'm eager to know how the draw process and winner announcements are made, and if there's enough transparency, or if it gives scam vibes.
