Additionally, a detailed explanation regarding this breach was already sent to your registered email, including the exact instance of the violation.

It is also important to mention that the account in question was provided as part of a giveaway. Regardless of the account type, all participants are required to follow the same rules and conditions. Unfortunately, in this case, those rules were not respected.

We would like to clarify that our support team responds to all tickets within the specified timeframes, and no requests are intentionally ignored. If there was any delay, it is usually due to high demand, but every case is handled accordingly.

Regarding your claim, we have no affiliation with the third-party service you mentioned (“T2on”), and promoting external services in this context is misleading and inappropriate.

فيما يخص ما ذكرته عن حسابات صديقك، نؤكد أنه في حال تم إيقاف عدة حسابات، فعادةً يكون ذلك بسبب انتهاكات متكررة أو استخدام مخالف لسياسات الشركة، ويتم توضيح السبب عبر البريد الإلكتروني المسجل لكل حساب.

نود التوضيح أنه بعد مراجعة حسابك (D#1559287)، تبيّن وجود مخالفات صريحة لقواعد التداول، حيث تم فتح صفقات خلال أخبار اقتصادية عالية التأثير، ومنها:

FOMC Statement – 29 أكتوبر 2025
Federal Funds Rate – 29 أكتوبر 2025
Flash Services PMI – 24 أكتوبر 2025
Flash Manufacturing PMI – 24 أكتوبر 2025

كما هو موضح في شروط الشركة، يُمنع التداول أثناء هذه الأخبار بسبب التقلبات العالية، وأي خرق لهذه القاعدة يؤثر بشكل مباشر على استحقاق الأرباح أو السحب.

بالنسبة لادعائك بتأخير الأرباح لأكثر من 30 يوم، نؤكد أن جميع عمليات السحب تتم بشكل طبيعي وفي الوقت المحدد للحسابات الملتزمة بالقواعد. في حال وجود مخالفة، يتم إيقاف الطلب مع توضيح السبب.
