Had nothing but problems with Jiffy DTFs. Transfer Kingdom got them right the first time AND they transferred easily with no pulls or missing pieces.

Not enough different things. Kinda weird stuff. I let nephew ise crown logo. But no instructions had to look up. I feel shoulda been free. Or better and have choices at least since i paid for two Nd they were identical.

They came out just the way I was hoping and great quality and shipping was quick..

They always fix the issue if the print

Placed an order with Express Mail for shipping. They had an issue so they sent it Ground Advantage without communicating with me. I told them Ground Advantage will take a month and asked them to reprint the order and ship it Priority Mail so we can get it within a week. They proceeded to blame me for choosing the wrong shipping method because that service is not available for my location. I corrected customer service that Express Mail and every other service is available to my location. After I proved them wrong I believe they deleted that chat showing they said Express Mail is not available to my country. I was constantly trying to educate them about how to ship and shipping times. They ignored me and kept constantly telling me the shipment is moving through the network and I'll receive it within a week. A week goes by, then 2 weeks then 3 weeks then 4 week and so on. I tried many times asking for a refund so the company I work for can get their money back. They constantly ignored me because they can't handle words and my anger towards them. Then when we finally received the package the prints are extremely oversaturated with too much magenta. We can't use it anyway because it was so late. More than 5 weeks how can we print it when our clients order needs to be done much earlier. Add to the fact the print quality is so oversaturated. They don't know how to use their RIP software. They need training on color profiles. Now we have a big roll of transfer we have to throw away. Complete waste of money. They really don't listen to people. Out of 3 DTF printing companies these guys are the worse. They cannot admit they were wrong about anything. If they just told us in the very beginning about the shipping issue none of this would've happened.

I haven’t had a problem before, but this time around I had a bigger order that I needed done right the first time. Two images had VERY noticeable banding across them. And whoever processed my order. Was OK for me to pick it up like that. When I came to the store to pick up my order I’m so glad I unenrolled it and checked it before I left. I told them about it and they said that they would fix it and have it ready before the end of the day, but it still caused me issues with Order out to a customer on time. It really should have been done right the first time.
