I wanted to share my experience of a 1st class service from Transport Masters ltd. I can recommend this company to others with secure assurance of a polite and efficient job well done.

i am very satisfied with the prompt delivery and the careful attention to furniture, and I will be using this company again and advising my friends to do the same.

Excellent service on Ikea buy and deliver. Impeccable service from placement of order to delivery by AJ (driver).

Absolutely excellent service. We saw some already assembled book cases in the Ikea outlet section which we wanted but had no way to get them home. A call to Transport Masters (on a Sunday) and they were there one hour later loading them into their van.

Absolutely brilliant no problems would use again.fast frendly didnt brake anythng.

The guys arrived just when they said they will, super serious, loaded everything in 20 minutes, unloaded everything in 10 minutes. One bed room flat removal from croydon to sutton took them 1 hour and 15minutes.
Good jobs guys.

Booked the day before for Ikea Shop and Deliver service. Items delivered on time with no damage by a polite driver. Original receipt handed over and generally efficient service. The only very small change we would suggest is make the payment for the service online to only one bank account.

We had a great experience with Transport Masters. Our driver, Alex, called 20 minutes before he arrived to confirm that he'd be there on time. He arrived bang on time, was organised and very helpful in dismantling some furniture, and loaded the van in record time. He helped unload everything at our destination, again really quickly and efficiently, and was hugely professional and friendly. Everything arrived clean and with no breakages or problems at all. A whole flat's worth of furniture and belongings moved in under two hours for a great price. Would highly recommend Transport Masters in future!

I booked in a panic after my original delivery company failed to turn up!! Not only did they move a full Luton van of stuff from our 2 bed flat in 2 hours, they also were cheaper than my original quote! Genuinely awesome, i will never look elsewhere for man & van services.

I would highly recommend using Transport Masters for anyone moving home. I made an error on my online booking form - putting in a date that had already passed - and received a call within a couple of hours to clarify whether I wanted the job booked and for what date.
The morning of my move, I received a call from the driver to confirm the time of my booking and to let me know that he would be on time but would make contact with me should there be any issues. I had booked a 2 person removal and they arrived bang on time, took an inventory of what needed to be moved and treated my property with respect whilst moving everything. They unloaded everything with the same care, checking where I would like things to go in my new place rather than just dumping them wherever they found space.
Both gentlemen were polite, courteous and friendly and I could not have asked for more. The company rates were excellent and completely transparent at the time of booking so no nasty surprises. The service I received was perfect from start to finish.

The guy that Transport masters sent was great. He called us prior to delivery to provide an eta and also on delivery. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for anymore than that. Price is great. Will def use these guys in the future.
