I love the premise of being able to order great fruit to the door for my kids and family to eat. We love fresh fruit and buy a lot in our weekly shop, so this service is a fab concept.

Unfortunately, the quality of the fruit was just super poor. It leaned more towards the tropical fruit side, which is lovely, but the bananas were so ripe they were only worthy of banana bread, the grapes were on the turn, the mangoes tasted fermented and when we cut into the custard apple it was thick with mould from the inside. We have heard great things about Trapfruits, but we couldn’t give them a second chance, given that we could only really enjoy the pineapple (that’s an expensive pineapple). They also delivered on the wrong day, so there was nobody here to collect. We did find it in our safe place later in the day, thankfully, as we were expecting it two days later. Worth noting that they gave us the optional plantains for free, which I wondered whether was to offset the poor quality of the rest of the fruit.

Would not purchase again. Grapes were horrible and the bananas were spilt open. Contacted them to cancel my subscription and received no reply.

They have introduced me to some fabulous fruits that I’ve seen before and was scared to eat. I thought today like I was back in the Caribbean live in and I was just in Paradise I had my smoothie and it was fantastic with fresh fruit

The idea is really good, however most of the fruit I received was past ripe and starting to spoil and half of the fruit had to be thrown away.

fruit was absolutely delicious, so fresh. Grapes the size of my head! And so nice to try fruits that we have not tried before!

Update: These guys really tried, I did complain about getting a refund but was offered some new fresh fruit instead. I was told I would get a delivery by Good Friday which I found impressive but alas nothing came, I did keep in contact with the company in regards to this issue moving forward to be told that one of the owners would deliver the fruit themselves if the delivery courier didn’t come through and they did. I hold 7 pieces of fresh fruit and I am happy. A little sad that I didn’t receive a new fresh soursop but it’s fine. They did well in making up for the rotten fruit previously. I appreciate this company for the level of professionalism in the dispute and on how well it was handled, however I personally would not use thier services again.

I personally think that this is a great concept, the weekly delivery option is great and other time intervals are offered. However the selection that I received was quite disappointing. I mean I got a nice varied selection but the quality that was selected of each fruit item was not upto standard. I received 3 pieces of black overripe plantain, 1 unripe dragon fruit, 1 hard and unripe soursop, a bunch of fresh bananas, a mango that had bust open, a bunch of seeded globe grapes, and a cherimoya. I personally think since the demographic is possibly mainly ethnic minorities interested a swap for apple/ baby bananas would be preferable instead of the standard cavendish type. It’s a shame because I was really excited to use this service regularly but I am better off going to the fruit stand outside the local meat shop and selecting my own. I really wanted to love this but if you love fruit especially the tropical kind as much as I do, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

This order wasn't too great. Some of the grapes were spoiled, the bananas were not ready for another 3 days and the overall selection wasn't worth the amount paid.

I've ordered once before and the selection, plus the quality was really good. So I'm not too sure what happened this time around. I was disappointed.

Fresh fruit which tastes better than any I have bought from supermarkets or fruit stands. 100% value for money.

First order was delayed a week even though I ordered before cut of date.
I’m still waiting on week 2 and 3 orders even though they’ve been payed for.
My phone number has been attached to the wrong account. I joined April 29th today is May 19th and I haven’t heard from the team despite contacting them on May 8th.

A jam packed box of fine looking and (going by the grapes only... so far) tasting has just arrived and once again I am happy, very happy 🤩
