Be Aware !!!!!
They are frauds...for payment they will chase till 11 in the night and give all false commitments about the resort booking and once you make the payment they won't pick up your call. Than anytime they can change dates and hotel bookings. When you ask for refund they won't pay back.
I have filed a consumer court case against them.Please please don't fall for their trap of false comitment you will regret .
They are very unprofessional and fraud.They are not refunding the money

These guys are fraudsters ,even after duping money with a written commitment of full refund last year ,and after filing legal case they promised full refund on May 2021 ,still no response on first time experience is so pathetic .
Pls be careful while trusting this company .
Filing FIR as they behave like goons forfeiture Ng people money .

Worst experience, We are a group of 5 people and Manish from the sales team gave us a promising deal and took 50 % in advance after that its redirect to Saryu from the reservation team. They mailed us with the confirmation hotel booking and we cross-check with the hotel there is no booking at all and after that when we call them there is no response, behavior is rude and also money lost.
never ever go with Saryu and manish.

Worst experience..since 15 days we had a telephonic conversation with travbond executive for kashmir package..they were very sweet and polite..answering and attending every query at 12 am too..they asked for booking 20% payment..we did it..and no response from their side..call krne pe teply nahi dete and their executives behave very very rudely..on asking for refund,,no response from their side..

Frankly speaking I m not a big fan or have big fan or much have liking for group tours.I executed my two vaction through(2017 & 2018) through travbond but were personal tailor crafted and as per my needs.In 2019 it happeded so that I was planning for a european tour.

I along with 2 of my friends did the European whirl trip, a 12 day 11 nights Europe trip from 17th to 28th June 2019.
It was very hectic but extremely well planned itinerary made by Travbond. Kudos to the trip manager Akhil Singh, who managed everything so well, that the whole trip went without a single glitch, except a fellow passenger’s wallet was stolen in Lucerne, SwitZerland. Though our tour manager repeatedly warned us about these kinds of activity.
The quality of of hotels and food was very good. We were given a 52 seater Mercedes Benz bus, which was again very comfortable. The trip manager was so cool that he showed us Milan even though it was not in the itinerary. We had a late evening flight, so he went against the company itinerary arranged lunch and city tour of Milan.It was a wonderful experience and will definitely go with TRAVBOND again.

Very very bad experience for mein and my fiance side hamne ek honeymoon package book kiya tha kerla trip k liye .booking time pr bola tha 24 hours mein hotel k voucher mil jayenge but affrox 15 days ho gye abhi tk koi voucher nhi mila .payment ki koi recept nhi diya or ab refund k liye bola to vo bhi nhi de rhe . BHOUT He bekar experience rha .

Mr. Anshuman is eating customers ****and worst fellow ever will be available in this company to cheat people... They themselves give ratings & write reviews to their company.. My wife & me travelled to Andaman on 7th March.. these worst people don’t even attend their calls and make us stand on roads for day & nights... Never ever believe their words and go for this worst company.. u’ll definitely feel regret and spoil ur trip mood.. these people will never die a natural death 😡😡😡😡😡

WE LOOK INTO THERE KERALA ITINERARY IS ALSO NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

FRAUD .... CHEATERS.....They themselves hype the ratings on the sites. Only strong in marketing.....to take money from people....
Have paid 2.5 lakhs....
Now no call, no mails....

well i am so confused where to start and how to end this long fraudery conversation with Team Travbond, they all are expert fraud and the all 5 start ratings are paid one so please don't go with the rating, well me and my husband supposed to fly on 13th of April 2020 for a 11 days Europe trip and we have already paid 180000 to travbond before 28th of February,but when government of India announced about visa cancellation of till 13th of april 2020 i called them and told to cancel my trip as my flight was on 13th of april only, even i been to there office on 13th of March and they promised to refund my money but after that there is no communications now i am trying to call everyday to the all numbers whom i had proper communication money given but no answers. and the big Fraud is Mr Anshuman, Ms Jyoti ,
today i have filled a complaint against them.

Unfortunately , we are going through a very bad experience with Travbond as we have been requesting the team to cancel our our earlier planned trip to South East Asia & due to the Covid outbreak have cancelled the trip starting 16th May But now all the communication with them are leading us to no other option But file a Police Complaint / Consumer Court . The mails are bouncing / No one picking up the Phone.. The Travbond had already taken 70K INR 😡😡

I would like to share the experience of my husband who has taken services from the firm for travelling to East Europe in the recent past. I would like to highlight the shortcomings of the firm for the customized tour itentiary through which it will be evident that how unprofessional the firm is and will make you leave high and dry in a foreign land and makes you run pillar to post to manage your tour in a foreign land:-

My husband has taken a tour for East Europe covering Berlin, Prague, Budapest and Vienna.

(a) The firm has indicated during discussions that since the iteniary is customised a local guide will be provided who will come and pick up from all the hotels. However, the final iteniary did not provided the same. 01 Mineral bottle was to be provided in all hotels as per iteniary. However, no such facility was provided.

(b) The train tickets provided for travel between the cities were general tickets without seat reservation. I believe no tour agency does the same with their clients and makes them travel standing. My husband has to stand in the train for hours and travel which was too tiring and awkward.

(c) One of the train ticket provided was without barcode for the journey from Hannover to Berlin. My husband was unaware that in Europe train tickets should have barcode . The ticket checker post evaluation told my husband that the ticket is fake and could lead to heavy fine. However, with phone calls with the agency fresh ticket (Unreserved) was obtained. I would like to highlight that it was a really scary situation which my husband has to undergo.

(d) In all hotels as per the iteniary breakfast was to be provided. However, at Prague the hotel refused to offer breakfast view the firm has not paid for the breakfast and have booked only for the stay.

(e) The most disturbing experience was at Budapest. Since so much of bad experience I had during the travel so I decided to visit the railway station to verify the train ticket provided by the firm for travel from Budapest to Frankfurt which was a long travel. At station, my husband was told that the document provided by the firm is not a ticket and he will not be permitted to board the train. It happened in the evening prior and next day morning he was suppose to catch the train. All sightseeing planned for the evening went haywire and even the firm was not responding on being contacted. The complete night my husband was not able to sleep. Subsequently my husband has to book a flight by paying a heavy amount to come to Frankfurt.

(f) This is not over, on return to India when my husband went to their office for the refund. The firm stated that they will be able to refund only when they receive the amount from the third party and which will take around 30 days. Post 40 days also no refund was provided nor any communication was received. Subsequently, we have approached the third party and got to know that the amount was credited 30 days prior and the same information was shared with the firm however they refuted. Again, we tried to obtain the credit card details to which the amount was transferred and then only the firm has intimated that they have received the amount and the same was refunded back to us after almost 2.5 months.

(g) In addition, a case was registered against the firm in Consumers Court for the unprofessional service and mental agony through which we have to undergo.

I thought of penning down the experience with the firm and I am sure by reading my review you can make your own judgement whether to take services from the firm in future or not.

One of the worst company to buy the trip. Inexperienced and irresponsible staff. Final itenary n tickets for daytrips shared the night before travel that too after 100s of reminders!
It is a FRAUD company with no registration..sales staff will make promises which no one delivers.
Had the worst experience of my life. Strongly recommend not to organize any trip from them.

Spoiled My trip plan, money and time.

Guys don't believe that they will help. No again this cheating by travbond. I have filed case against travbond. Make note of the below names they don't deserve anything they will only tell lie.

Do not book any trip. They are worst.

I seriously doesn't want to give 1star also ..very bad experience.the worst travel company I have never been through .the biggest mistake and biggest choice I have ever made in my life .lll strictly suggest you not to take trip from these bloody .this s not allowing me to use some good language for theses

Travbond is the worst tourist provider don't go through them,They are unprofessional and pathetic. First they give all false promise and get your money,Once they have your money that's it all their promises vanishes and you are stuck with them as they already have your money.
Promise 1: They give a false commitment on hotel and booked us another one which was a bad and the worst part is for the first day they told hotel not available and asked us to book it ourselves.
Promise 2: Breakfast complimentary: At the last moment they inform that we have to pay extra for complementary breakfast.
Promise 3: False Itenary: While booking they give as all the day wise itenary but once you land they will inform that we have to book tickets separately,and arrange transportation by ourselves,
But Singapore is a beautiful country we don't need these cheating tourism service provider we can book it ourselves and explore country is connected beautifully by Metro which is very user friendly and economic. People of Singapore are also very helpful they will be ready to offer their help without any hesitation.
Traveled with my family to Singapore for 5 days.
