I truly outstanding travel agency
I have used the services of Travel Business First on a number of occasions and the reason I do that is quite simply because of the exceptionally high standards of customer relations, the speed with which they respond to a request and the prices which they quote. One way in which they gave me a service which went way beyond anything I could expect was the way they rescued both my wife and I when we got stranded in Thailand in late February because of the war in the Middle East. Our flights were booked with Qatar and the flight was cancelled immediately after we had checked in for our return home.. Rony quite superbly managed to find us an alternative flights for which he paid, trusting us to settle the bill when we returned home. I found that to be a level of service which was truly exceptional for two 80 year olds!

I had been having difficulty getting the itinerary at a good price.
I had been having difficulty getting flights to Australia at a good price and was being quoted what I regarded 'silly prices' and limited availability on relevant airlines' websites. Rony cut through all that very quickly and came up with the itinerary we wanted at a very good price. Very saisfied.

Business Class flights Edinburgh to Sydney
We were looking for business class flights from Scotland to Sydney for New Year. We ended up getting BC flights for the same price we were being quoted for Economy Plus flights and these flight were with Singapore Airlines. Thanks Rony who guided us through the process with no pressure.
