I have recently booked a very exciting holiday with the help of Zac Rowan who was really kind, professional, and super helpful. He really did an amazing job with my rather specific travel requests, couple of modifications and changes from the original offer. I was a bit sceptic as usual when I use a travel agency that I never heard of but I have no doubt anymore and can highly recommend Travel Centre especially agent Zac who is very knowledgeable, supportive and seems to be available 24/7 even in late or unsocial hour including weekends!

Great Value
I contacted Travel Centre (amongst other agents) to get a quote for a very special birthday trip next year to Brazil and they turned out to be best priced, meeting my budget and accommodating all my requirements/preferences. The agent I dealt with (Raymond) was helpful and easy to deal with. I’m only giving four stars because a few times he did address me incorrectly with the wrong name on our email exchanges, and it did feel like it took a while (a couple of weeks) to finalise the itinerary and get everything booked but I appreciate this was at a time when flights to/from the Middle East were being cancelled and therefore existing customers were the priority at the time.
