Travelocase Avis 

Recently traveled from New Delhi to USA having purchased my air ticket through this travel agency. Very courteous and helpful attitude offering price which was unmatched. Customer service was outstanding and product exactly what I wanted. Kudos for this dedication.

I cannot recommend Travelocase more!

Due to a health condition very last minute we were unable to travel to our original destination. Given we are traveling at a peak time and travel was only a couple of weeks away changing the flight was going to cost a lot of money! I contacted Travelocase to see if there was anything they could do. Serenity spent 24 hours working with the airlines to get our flights changed at no increased cost to us! She was in constant communication with me to update me along the way. This is the best example of customer service I have ever experienced! I will only book through them going forward.

Don't do it, I know it seems tempting considering airfair and economy the way it is, but save yourself the stress and headache. I made the mistake of booking flights with them and still paying the consequences, as I am still disputing $ charged on my bank account. I booked with them back in August of 2024 for a trip in December 2024 thinking that booking ahead would prevent any issues, little did I know that was far from the truth. I booked and at first everything seemed fine, got my confirmation number through Delta/AeroMexico and I was checking my app continuously to make sure everything was fine until I received a call a couple of weeks out from my trip. I was informed that AeroMexico (which is partnered with Delta) had not received the payment (that clearly showed in my account) therefore I basically had no tickets. Their suggestion was to basically repurchase the tickets at a higher price and dispute the first transaction. I called AeroMexico only to find out that the thirdparty (TravelOcase) was the one placing a hold on the $ and that they couldn't really do anything on their end. Called TravelOcase back only for them to give me another bs of an excuse and telling me I had to pay $1200+ for the tickets and dispute my first transaction that was less than $1000 to begin with. Needless to say I learned my lesson, if it seems too good to be true, it most certainly is. I spoke to Serenity which seems to be the one handling everything there.

Hace 4 meses reserve un viaje a México por la agencia de viajes TravelOcase y según nosotros todo estaba bien ,pero a una semana de nuestro viaje decembrinas nos llama esta agencia de viajes y nos dice que debemos pagar de nuevo los tickets por aun no se a pagado ,pero nosotros pagamos hace 4 meses y nos dice la aerolinea que nuestro vuelo nunca lo pago esta agencia por favor no compres boletos de avion por esta agencia de viajes .

I booked a flight online and received a confirmation along with an email saying I would get my Etickets within 24-48 hrs. After 48 hrs, I contacted them just to find out they hadn’t even secure my tickets with the airline. They tried to modify my dates and itinerary to what they wanted not what I needed-then they ended up cancelling my booking.

ok I was skeptical but they have great service! They will call to see if you want upgrades as they have basic fares: extra legroom, select seats, etc. We saved just about 500 on round trip no stops tickets to Cancun. Will use again!

This company is a fraud. Don't waste your time. I booked airline travel tickets that were "confirmed," only to be changed and "confirmed" again, when neither flight was actually confirmed. Super sketchy outsourced call center. Overall, a terrible company that is absolutely untrustworthy. Book through a reputable company for a hundred or two hundred more, and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this fraudster company.

Travelocase is the best with ease of use, agent friendliness and their ability to always solve my issues positively.

Nice experience

Our trip to cabo was amazing, non stop flights. The best part was they gave us carry on and seats together, not like other companies asking for extra for seats. The only worry was i receive my tickets in 3 days. But after the trip, the wait for worth.

We made our booking in october for travel in February to travel to Punta cana. Our travel was 15 February, however we didnot notice my husband passport was expired, which we only noticed 3 days before the travel. We got a urgent date to fix it, however travel in the first week of march was coming very expensive. I called Serenity and explained her situation, she could have tried to charge me lot due to my urgent situation, instead she called airlines and tried for 2 days to get me a fare difference waiver and got my tickets changed for free. I m really thank you for her. It took a lot of time, but she kept following up and giving me information that she is trying for waiver. Once it was done i was very happy. My trip also went amazing. I booked with Travelocase for flights for Spring break. The rates for a higher end carrier were comparable to a budget carrier. And a $1,000 less per person than booking directly through the carrier. Initially there was difficulty charging my card for the flights. The team stayed in regular contact with me and were available with a quick response. They continued to work the problem reassuring me my flights were confirmed. Two days later they were able to complete the transaction and tickets were emailed to me. Now I'm excited and waiting for our trip to begin.

We tried to book tickets for Spring Break. I got an email from United asking for a note from her doctor to verify her medical condition. There is nothing wrong with my daughter. Travelocase called them and said my daughter needed a kidney transplant so they could change the flight without a fare penalty. Here is the note to me from United:
"Someone acting on your behalf has been calling United reservation to rebook your itineraries. It appears that a third party travel service provider has been fraudulently claiming medical hardship in order to modify your itinerary without paying the proper fare.

If you could provide a good contact number, we will have one of our service representatives contact you to resolve this matter.
