Travelonline was a very easy to navigate through when booking our trip, they kept us updated on how we were going to be looked after when we landed in Thailand and at resort, we had a few tours organised at our initial booking and once again they kept us informed of these tours when we were at the resort.
Overall I would use Travelonline again for our future travels.

Efficient booking
Efficient booking and all vouchers sent quickly, providing a flawless holiday. The agency does not have live access to hotel availability some it may be necessary to change dates and charges can change as a result.

SO easy to use, quote competitive and included transfers and free trans studio theme park tickets which we enjoyed. Would happily book through travelonline again.

If you are looking for a genuine professional and good value travel provider. Booking process was easy and all paperwork came through promptly after payment. Many may be reluctant to pay up front but my questions were answered promptly by the travel consultant in Brisbane before I paid which was reassuring. Be careful as fine print says if you pay deposit you get a percentage fee added to final payment, fortunately I read that. We went to Bali, Hotel, transport and flights were all excellent. Thank you travel online !

Where do I start
Where do I start! They first gave us the wrong day for our flights we were due to go at 12: 05am on the 22nd of September but apparently we missed the flights because apparently it was on the 21st of September which isn't there problem it's actually Malaysian Airlines. Which we missed is well as 10 other people!
Then they ring me 10 minutes before they closed and told me that I could re-book for another 1200 dollars for the next day to fly out at 8:30 a.m. then found out which I was not informed of that it was going to be 16 hour layover instead of two hours. We booked a package deal to Vietnam flights and accommodation for seven nights we're now down to five nights and paid for seven. You do the math. This was supposed to be a honeymoon that we never got an 50th birthday for me.
Do not book through this company because they have only taken my money and give me no results and also no care factor. should have gone to flight Centre.. lol it's not funny.im crying, I took a chance and they had great reviews. Well I'm certainly not impressed at all. Devastated actually for a travel company.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found our team friendly, although we’re sorry there was some confusion at the airport regarding your grandson’s booking.
As your original booking had already been confirmed before your grandson was added, his flights needed to be issued under a separate booking. We did, however, notify the airline that the two bookings were travelling together and received confirmation that they had been linked. We also made sure your seats were allocated together on each flight.
We understand how frustrating it would have been to receive conflicting information at the airport, particularly when you had been assured everything had been arranged. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope that, aside from this inconvenience, you all enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Daydream Island.

Seamless booking process for a great holiday…
First time using a package holiday company. We booked last minute and were completely happy with the process and the holiday to Fiji. All documents arrived quickly and the flights, accommodation and extra day trips were excellent. Certainly value for money. Would highly recommend.
