Booking experience
I was looking for a flight and Kate was the one who assisted me in booking she was soo patient and answered all of questions and she was even able to hold on to the ticket for like 24 hours so that I can decide on the flight. Over all great service and respons is very quick.

A fake sense of urgency was created to buy tickets which I saw for way cheaper price on Google flights (700 dollars cheaper). Also, everyone has a fake English name, not sure why

I booked my flight through Travelopod…
My experience with Travelopod was disappointing. The booking process involved pressure, multiple verification requests, and promises that were not honored. I was promised a $50 refund, but I never received it. Because of that, I no longer trust the service or the commitments made during the booking process. While the ticket was eventually issued, the overall experience was stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Update:My overall experience with Travelopod ended on a positive note. While there were some concerns during the booking and refund process, the team followed through and resolved the issue by providing the promised refund. I appreciate that they honored their commitment and completed the booking successfully. The ticket was issued, and the matter was handled in the end. Thank you to the team for resolving the situation and restoring my confidence.

Triston helped us to find a great flight and unfortunately had to cancel it and he handled it very well but at the same time the previous cancellation done by Mr.Gordaon was NOT handled properly and charged me 250$ extra though I have cancelled it with in 24 hours. Thanks.
