Two months ago, I ordered a Platinum Elite Check In (black) and two Platinum Elite Carry-Ons (one black, one gray). They sent all three pieces in black. Getting the correct products and getting the refunds and reorders to apply correctly has been an absolute nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I'm sure this is a great product; but their customer service is abysmal. It's like taking to a wall. For this kind of money, I'd expect better.

Worst Customer service to correct there mistake in sending the right tote bag . My issue was never correct. As of April 6 Travel pro says they will send a correct bag ,but Waiting on a shipping tracking # from them ,then I see if its true they sent it

EDIT: After asking them whether there were other options, they are sending me a wheel that they do have in stock. The wheel is a different color from my bag which isn’t ideal.
I have several bags from this company, it was highly recommended to me by people who fly a lot. The main reason we bought this bag was for the lifetime warranty. However, the company has been extremely horrible to work with when trying to use the Warranty. I’ve had my oldest bag ( TravelPro Platinum Elite) softside for around six years and recently one of the wheels got damaged and it wobbles now. I tried to use the Warranty and the company told me that it was no longer covered and they don’t have the repair part, even though it was purchased with a lifetime warranty. The quality of the suitcase is great however I can’t recommend this company because they falsely advertise a lifetime warranty and are extremely difficult to work and don’t honor their Warranty

The case width dimension is just wrong (1 inch shorter than listed when I measured). Others have also mentioned this on Reddit. With this change the bag volume was the same as my current bag. I feel my time was wasted.

We purchased TravelPro luggage for our son as a holiday gift from the TravelPro website. The price was very attractive and we felt comfortable making the purchase as the website prominently states "If you are not completely satisfied within 100 days of receipt, return in full for a full refund, and we'll cover the shipping too!." Our son did not like the luggage that we had chosen and we contacted TravelPro Customer Support multiple times trying to arrange a return. Several times we were told that a "Return Authorization" email would be sent - including a link to print a shipping label. After waiting for weeks, TravelPro finally sent an email - with a link that would NOT print a return label. Multiple further calls to TravelPro resulted in a final email stating that the item we had purchased was a "Final Sale" product and no refund or return was available. This was NOT disclosed at the time of purchase or in our receipt from TravelPro. While we enjoy TravelPro's products, their customer support is somewhere between non-existent and outright fraudulent. I will NEVER buy another of their products.

Had a zipper rip off while in possession of airline during a trip. Submitted a claim to Travelpro on the day it happened and they got back to me that they were going to cover the part but I would still have to pay the $11 shipping for a zipper. Not sure how good the lifetime warranty is if you still have to "pay" for repairs.

I am modifying my review and not sure if I got much better customer service because of my previous review or not, but once they got engaged, it was pretty seamless and they sent me a brand new bag, the same one, which I greatly appreciated. I was disappointed that I had a few problems with the bag after the investment, but replacing this was great!
