Travel SOS - Minibus & Coach Hire Birmingham Avis

Great company to deal with. They were on time, drivers were polite and friendly. The minibus was a 16 seater, very comfortable taking 16 ladies with 16 small cases. We had plenty of room. Would definitely use them again and recommend them. Thank you SOS

Ali was a great driver, he got us to London safely and promptly, and I would definitely recommend him for any journey. Great service

We had a great driver named Mo for a cooperate booking. He was on time, kind, helpful and really made the whole experience easy! Will certainly use again and request Mo for any future bookings. Coach was clean, modern and comfortable. Great experience all round and very reasonably priced compared to others we had received quotes from.

Our journey was pleasant and driver Ali was very accommodating. Travelling with children you never know what to expect from travel sickness or toilet trips. Overall I would recommend Travel SOS to anyone.
Noman & family many thanks may your business succeed more in every way Insha Allah

Salaams, well the whole 3 day wedding event is now over and I enjoyed every moment. 2 days of the event were held in Yorkshire and one was held in London.
Obviously my whole family were to attend so we used Travel SOS once again.
They were outstanding as always👏.
On Friday the 21st of August 2026 we went to London. Ali, one of the drivers from Travel SOS was fantastic. Ali was very polite, understanding and professional. Thank you Ali for making our day great and memorable.
On Sunday the 23rd of August 2026 we were due at a venue in Yorkshire. Khaibar was our driver this time. Beautiful spotless van with sockets to charge phones and tablets, small backseat tables for further comfort.
Khaibar was so sweet, gentle and thoughtful. He couldn't do enough to see to our comfort. Thank you Khaibar for a professional service and making our day beautiful. Khaibar came on time despite short notice.

I will recommend Travel SOS to all my friends n colleagues in a heartbeat. Best place to go for all our travel needs. Bless you all.

Used Travel SOS for an airport journey to and from for myself and family and the service provided was top tier. From booking with the guys in the office to the drivers Umar and Ali nothing can be faulted. Everything ran smoothly and both Umar and Ali were prompt, professional and very helpful. The vehicle was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend Travel SOS to anyone looking for a 5* travel service.

A party of 13 of us stranded at Birmingham Airport after a nine hour flight due to our book Taxi not arriving travel SOS came to the rescue great service really nice Man would recommend using

An Exceptional service from the team at Travel SOS. They were professional and courteous when we were let down at the last minute by a local company. They were quick to respond, even with the time difference and explained all the steps they required to give us a quote(number of people and luggage etc). Once we accepted their very fair price, they kept us informed at every stage, including our driver, Khadar, who gave us a 5 minute notice of his arrival. They delivered 13 of us and luggage, seamlessly to our destination in Bristol from Birmingham Airport. Travel SOS made the last day of our holiday a real treat. Thanks again 👏👏👏 I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for great service and customer comfort.

Had a 19 seater minibus Saturday to Portsmouth for the football. Great service from our driver Yasser. Minibus was very comfortable & clean. We had a nice steady drive to Portsmouth & back. This is the second time I've used Travel SOS &
I'll definitely be using them again. Excellent customer service received from our driver Yasser & Usman who I made the booking with.

We had a fantastic round trip from Birmingham to Manchester with this service. Our driver, Yasser, was exceptional. He was strictly on time for both the outbound and return journeys and waited for us patiently in Manchester. The car was incredibly comfortable and clean. Yasser himself was very kind, polite, and cooperative throughout the entire trip. We will definitely be booking with them again

Yasser drove us to Aintree, and we can’t fault the experience , the bus was really clean and the service was good , thank you travel sos

We had a fantastic experience with our driver, Yasser, from Travel SOS today. He took our group of young people to Westminster Palace and provided an excellent service from start to finish.

Yasser was punctual, polite, and incredibly accommodating throughout the journey. He made everyone feel comfortable and ensured the trip ran smoothly, which was especially important when travelling with a group of young people.

His professionalism and friendly manner really stood out, and we’re very grateful for the positive experience he provided. We would highly recommend Yasser and Travel SOS, and would be more than happy to travel with them again in the future.

We used Travel SOS for transport too and from Cheltenham Festival, the service provided by Yasser was excellent, communicated with us the entire day and we would like to personally thank him for being patient with us, unfortunately one member of the party got injured which resulted in us having to stay behind a little longer which he was very understanding about

Booked a minivan back to London from Bham airport - really responsive and reasonably priced in booking. Our driver Yasser was very communicative especially as our flight was delayed. Coach was comfy and got us home in good time. Would highly recommend Yasser and Travel SOS to anyone!

Perfect experience. I booked my trip from Dubai as we had last minute repatriation flights and the experience was seedless. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival and dropped us off at safely. Thank you SOS.

Great company with friendly drivers - Yasser was very helpful, punctual and communicative. Thank you for your help!

Customer service was a constant 10/10 throughout. Usman is a superstar! Then to top it all off, our driver Khadar was lovely and the minibus was perfect. I can’t recommend this company enough and will definitely book with them again soon 💜
