Never use this bank !!!!

I was talking to a woman and explained to her that I need to contact the "title" department. I explained for five minutes what I needed. After long pauses, she transferred me to the department. The woman who answered couldn't even say two words in English after I repeated the same thing six times as slowly as possible. She said, "I don't understand what you want, and we can't help you with this." And she hung up the phone!

What an awful company

What an awful company. I'm shocked that they still exist.

If you are considering joining a credit union, which I strongly endorse, please look elsewhere. these people are evil.

Tellers refusal to rectify situation she caused by withdrawing the actual amt. shortly after depositing !!!!! Extremely rude. VERY UNUSUAL FOR THIS BANK.

IVE been with Travis for years. Everyone has always been nice and handled things accordingly. EXCEPT for today. SABRINA, a teller deposited $273. to my acct , then proceeded to withdraw it and return it to the acct it came from. I returned to the bank, SABRINA was extremely rude and belittling to me stating she needed approval from the acct holder, which was ALREADY given when the deposit was done a short while earlier. It was her actions that took the $ out of my acct as a withdrawal. That didn't happen. I told SABRINA
that she KNOWS I did not withdraw that. After depositing . She replied " I never said you did. "Susie helped me rectify situation and apologized numerous times for Sabrina's actions and attitude. EVERYONE THERE HAS BEEN GREAT, Jose, and all the others are very kind and polite. I am considering changing banks due to ONE person's actions. SABRINA should have to answer to this and apologize for her behavior. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I had a car loan with Travis temp…

I had a car loan with Travis temp status, after dealing with them a few times within the 1st month I decided to pay the loan off. There was no follow up when I requested information from them and every time I called with the status of my account it was like starting at 0 again. The experience was so bad I decided to cut ties with them and close the account too

I write this review with great…

I like this review with great disappointment having been a Travis customer for over 15 years I'm sorely disappointed and greatly stressed over this. I've always believed in banking because a they always advertise the guarantees that your money is insured and it's safer with them and b I'm naturally a spendthrift saving money creating goals and planning for a future that I always had confidence would be comfortable last year when I had my identity stolen had over $20,000 taken from my bank with Travis I'm at the point where functionality no longer exists I've done everything they have asked of me I've identified what the fraud was where the fraud was and even who committed the fraud and through great obstacle I'm being told by my long-time bank and assume friend that I'm out of 20,000 and there's nothing they want to do about it. Identity theft is one of those things that a lot of people never think they have to deal with but this has been something that is penetrated my life to its very core I'm meeting new people saving money or even banking and this is even in addition to the fact that all the stress that has caused me is affected my ability to take care of myself do better function I've been one of the biggest advocates for my bank as long as I've been with them I probably brought them more business than I can even say so it is with a heavy heart and great disappointment that I say Travis credit Union seems like a great bank but their core philosophy and caring about their community just doesn't exist because if it did like I always assumed they would they would be working with me and helping me through this instead of being the largest obstacle to both my survivability and a resolution of this issue.

Deaf to the world

I'm a fraud investigator. I've been trying to contact Travis CU for what seems like months now, to hand over (for free) details of hacked customer accounts - details which if acted on promptly could have prevented theft of customer money, and the distress and upheaval that goes with it.
The company website is of no use in that regard.
Despite numerous emails from different accounts to various staff addresses in the company, I have never received a single response. Either their email system is so xenophobic that all emails from the outside world are discarded, or a corporate culture exists which treats outsiders as enemies, regardless of the effect on customers.
But perhaps it is just more profitable to let customers be robbed.
